Group A: Gryffindor vs. Slytherin
As Captain, the young lad was certain he'd let everyone down. He was yet to land a solid hit of his own, his teammate was lacking any further confidence, and they were standing there being mocked by their opponents.
As a duellist it was going even worse. He wasn't sure what he'd done to offend his wand but it just seemed adamant on not co-operating with anything he wanted it to do. Even now as he tried to cast his next spell it just refused to do so.
Not to mention his vision was starting to get blurry. His chest hurt a lot, he'd taken a beating from the enemy team. "Am nae sure wha' av doon teh duhseerve yer foocus, buh ah don' suppose yeh'd consudder guven meh a breek?" He asked, half-joking before looking over at his teammate.
"Yer doin' feen Ullec. Wull cull thus one a pructuce ru-..." WHAM! Before he could even finish his sentence a spell struck him right in the head. He didn't even have time to see who it came from before his vision faded to darkness and he fell backwards, hitting the ground hard.
How very embarrassing.

As round four began, Amadea found herself holding her breath as she watched the details unfold. AJ still lay unconscious, leaving all of the weight to rest on Alec. Amadea half wished she could jump into the duel herself and help out the Gryffindor team; she was sure that Alec wouldn't mind if she did so. But she was the moderator of this round; she couldn't do anything.
The Slytherin team cast their spells toward Gryffindor. Henry attempted to hit Alec with a Knockback Jinx, perhaps hoping it would be enough to knock the boy out. Unfortunately for him, Alec was quick enough to evade the incoming hit. However, evading this spell came at a cost for the Gryffindor boy. Amara's Fire-Making Spell squarely hit him, causing him to light up in flames. Amadea fought the urge to immediately stop the duel and help; fire was a sore spot for her. Thankfully, it seemed like Alec could take the hit and he would survive onto the next round. His own spell whizzed off toward Amara, but the Slytherin girl saw it coming and quickly stepped out of the way to avoid being hit.
Amadea took a deep breath, wondering what would happen during the next round; while she knew it was now two players versus one, anything was possible. After all, it was Hogwarts, the school of magic. One could never fully be certain of what the future held.

Henry watched as his spell miss Alec although Amara's hit. Moving his body out of the way of Alec's spell, the boy almost felt bad for him as he shouted to his opponent " given the circumstances, good luck Alec and I hope this doesn't end too badly for you," Henry gave the boy a small smile before retaking his stance.
Henry retaking his stance and leveling his wand out in front of him, side glanced Amara for a minute before looking forward and speaking to Amara with a hint of sarcasm, " well done Dragamior, you managed to successfully cast a spell. Would you like a round of applause for your amazing achievement or would a knock back jinx to the face be enough."Action: doing as strategized

Alec was hoping this duel would stay somewhat friendly. Or as friendly as one could keep it with it all going on. Things were going to be fine though. It wasn't going to be that bad. Alec had gone through worse anyway, right? And Surely under the watchful eye of an older student, he wasn't going to get killed[ by Amara]. Maybe suffer AJ's fate. But not killed. It was just a bit of fire, anyway. He was a Gryffindor. He could handle it. Gryffindor pride and all right? The only thing Alec really didn't like out of the whole of this. Was mainly the remarks the Slytherin team were saying to each other and everybody else. Was Alec the only one who was uncomfortable be their odd sort of bickering? Surely it could not have been just him. He wondered if the older student had noticed it. In all she probably just posed it as Slytherins being Slytherins. Which was fair.. Miraculously, the duel continued. Amadea was amazed at the pure stamina of the Gryffindor boy to be holding on as he attempted to fend off two attackers at once. The Slytherins sent two Knockback Jinxes flying toward Alec. Perhaps it was because the Gryffindor was on fire, but both spells hit their targets, sending the boy stumbling backward. Somehow, though, he managed to stay on his feet. This duel was not over yet.
Alec's own spell flew toward Henry but the Slytherin was easily able to evade the spell. The students were now talking to each other; it seemed like not all of the words coming out of their mouths were nice. Amadea wondered if she should step in and say anything. While bantering and competition talk were something that happened, the pure viciousness of the words being traded between teams was crossing the line to being flat out rude. Ultimately, Amadea decided to stay quiet. She was here to make sure that nothing got out of hand; a few words weren't enough to step in and say anything. She wanted to make sure she gave both teams the time to concentrate and focus. Plus, she sensed the end of the duel was near. Alec was no longer on fire, but the repeated hits he kept taking did not seem to bode well. Perhaps the Slytherins would show some mercy? Amadea was doubtful.

Henry watched his spell hit it's target, he did side glanced Amara and was glad to see that she to succeeded in hitting Alec but a thought crossed the twelve year gold's mind, these gryffindor's sure can take a lot of hits, Henry easily side stepped Alec's spell then as be was retaking his stance he shot over to Amara
" Taking notes Amara? You certainly need some since you haven't evaded a spell since the start of the duel Dragamior."
Henry then line up his wand and prepared for his next spell when he heard Amara's comment in which he replied with a hint of sarcasm, " flirting with me, Dragamior? I didn't know you were capable of such things," Henry then held his wand out and before he spoke his spell, he gave a small sly smile to Amara " but still I have a girlfriend already Dragamior so your efforts are as useless as your help is in this duel."Action: doing as strategized

Alec was really starting to feel it now. The chance that he'd be able the last another round wasn't there. They were going to get him down. Alec had to be realistic here. It wasn't going to happen. He wasn't going to get any of them down. They'd got quite a head start on the first round when Alec and AJ terribly failed their spells. If Alec was to go down, though. He was going to go down fighting. Even if he'd already accepted his fate.
He was going to attempt to do something. And by if some miracle that somehow worked. And he did get a spell down. As he stated there was no chance in winning. So might as well go down having a bit of fun with it? Like Alec's entrance to 'loserville' sure he scuffed up his knees while he did that slide. And sure, that announcer voice ended up hurting his throat. But that was actually really fun. Also Alec may have purposely also slowed down so Wyatt would win that race. Which turned out actually being good. Because apparently the only dare Wyatt could come up with was making Alec make his family breakfast. Alec would have totally gone for a dare where he climbed to the roof of his house. Well, maybe not the roof. But climbing up to a tree to his bedroom window. Sure (Because that's what Alec did anyway.). But Alec needed to find a way to make going out fun. Even if it was terrible. And he shouldn't even attempt to do such. Or at the very least, go for shock value. Sure, they'd cast their spells just fine. But it'd be funny.
Alec smiled slightly. This was going to sound stupid. Very stupid. But Alec was going to find it funny. "Baby shark" Alec whispered trying not to laugh. The little things were the best in life, weren't they? Yes, he was pureblooded. But the song and the reference were explained to him. And he found it very amusing.
