Fly with me? Closed

"I don't mind if we stay a little longer..." Adeline slowly moved the broomstick,  the stars shine reflecting off the lake.

James shifted his arms around Adeline so that it wasn't so much "holding on for dear life" as it was "a nice hug".
James expected himself to blush, but thankfully, he didn't too much.

Adeline relaxed in James' arms as they looked at the stars. That night was a full moon and it seemed to shine brighter than ever before.

James noticed that the moonlight shone beautifully on Adeline's skin.
At this point, James couldn't deny it... he had a crush on Adeline. But there was a part of him saying that it was WAY too soon for anything like that... maybe they could be friends for a while, and James could see how it went from there.
James glanced down at the ground that seemed miles away.
"It's getting late, Adeline." he spoke softly. "Do you want to head back to the castle?" he asked.

Adeline was so into thought about how beautiful the stars were she almost didn't hear James ask if she wanted to head back to the castle.
"Ya, it is getting pretty late. We should head back." Adeline flew them towards the castle and the safety of the ground.

Once they landed back on the ground, James stepped off the broom and held out his hand to help Adeline off as well.
"Thanks for the ride." he said smiling.

"It was my pleasure!" she smiled at James. She loved flying no matter how high or low she was in the air. She loved it. She loved it more when she could share her passion with someone. 

Cameron went to his first flying lesson. As he approached the flying pitch he got in line to stand next to his broom. He listened to the Professor introduce them to their brooms, give a brief history of broomsticks and the game of Quidditch. 

It was time for Cameron to get on his broom and hover slightly over the ground then touch back down. He placed his hand up over the broom and said, "Up." The broom started to move from the left and the right not listening to Cameron as he attempted to command the broom upwards once again. 

"UP!" He said a bit louder, the broom flew up into his hand as he smiled. He watched his classmates as they began to call up their brooms some were impatient and were wanting to mount them right away. But Cameron waited until further instruction from the Professor. Once everyone said, 'Up' the Professor gave them the 'ok' to mount their broomsticks. Cameron mounted his as he adjusted which hand he would hold the broom. So he decided to hold the broomstick with his writing hand which was his right. On the Professors whistle, he kicked up from the ground, and in the air he was flying. He smiled as each student was now up in the air, the Professor told them to get use to the handling of their brooms. Cameron moved from to the left slowly and then moved to the right. He got use to the feeling of his broom and he was surprised at how he did on his first day in Flying class. He heard the bell ring as he dismounted off of his broom. He gathered his things and ran towards the Entrance Hall to go to lunch, his stomach was growling with hunger.

James paused for a moment, wondering what to say next...
"So um, is it safe to say that we're friends now?" he asked hopefully. He said this while rubbing the back of his neck out of his returned nervousness.
The sun had disappeared completely, so it was kind of hard to see Adeline's face. Whether he could see Adeline or not, he was hoping to just hear her say "yes" before he went back inside where it was warmer. James shivered a bit at this thought, shaking slightly from the cold.

Adeline smiled at James. "Of, course we're friends! I wouldn't give a stranger the best ride of there lives!" she was happy she was making friends.
