Friendship is a Sheltering Tree
Interacting with @Charles Spencer Calvin

It was after lunch and many of the students remained in the Great Hall a little extra longer to socialize with friends or partake in a few extra snacks. Alina had been attracted to the blue sky the moment she saw a glimpse of it out of a corridor window and was dying to feel the sunshine on her face and the Autumn breeze on her face. She loved the Castle dearly, but she just as much loved the Castle Grounds.
She was one of the first one's outside and found her favorite climbing tree, the larger middle one in the second grove of trees just up the path towards the Lake. She loved it sine she found it at the beginning of that year and loved it even more now that it was starting to show it's true colors as the year began to come to an end. Climbing trees had landed her in the Hospital Wing twice already, but that wasn't going to stop her from continuing to do so.
Once up where she wanted to be, she found a strong branch that would support her and her back against the tree's trunk. Comfy. She then found a place which she could hang her bag within reach and even could prop up her water bottle that she would use to rinse her brushes. She popped a lemon drop in her mouth, then took out her artbook and came to an open page before propping it on her knees and then gathered her watercolors, allowing her bag to hold the paint for her. It was a pretty good setup...at least for someone attempting to paint from up in a tree.

Friendship is a Sheltering Tree
Charles loved lemon drops.
He sat from the highest point in the tree, and, watched skillfully as a girl seemed to climb her way up, oblivious to him being there. As she started to draw, the Calvin couldnt help but notice how well she was doing it. the second year had also smartly used the tree to rest her bag of paints. Just as he was about to open his mouth to say something, a smell hit his nose - Lemon drops.
The 11 year old blinked a few times, before, begrudgingly, he made his decision - operation steal the lemon drops, start!
Moving carefully down a few branches, charles grinned. Hed find a way to pay the girl back later with interest, possibly giving her some more lemon drops and art supplies. Well, first he would have to befriend someone in this school (which he hadnt done, yet.) who had connections to her dorm, but it would be worth it for the candy. Looking at the girls shirt, he tried to find out what dorm she lived in. Briefly, he was a glimpse of yellow, before the next thing he knew, he missed his next branch, and slipped off of the tree, a strangled curse leaving his lips.
Thankfully, the first and second year wernt too high up from the ground, so when he landed on his back, his face to the sky, all he was was winded, nothing broken. Letting out a totally not highpitched groan (Charles is "manly, thank you very much!") he rolled onto his side, hoping to let his pain and embaressment take over. .
Charles then decided he didnt like lemon drops.
"i dont like 2% milk. i mean, who knows whats in the other 98% if its not milk???"

Alina had noticed him before the fall. She only had a second to realize what he was doing, and before she could react, the next second was him falling. She tried to stop him, to help him, to grab him, SOMETHING! ...But there he was. Now fallen on the ground and looking up toward her, or maybe at nothing at all because of the pain.
She had fallen from enough trees to know the pain well. Alina left the container of water up into the tree but snatched her bag from the branch, placed it across her, and made her way down the tree as quickly as she could.
"Don't try to move just yet," she said as she came to his side on the grass. She smoothed her hand gently over his forehead to try and look closely at his pupils, then she softly touched his arms, his legs. All seemed to be as they should.
She didn't have a lot of experience in falls, aside from being a bit accident prone herself and being a tree climbing fan, but Alina did want to be a healer or a nurse when she left Hogwarts and continued her education outside the castle walls. "Do you think you need to go to the Hospital Wing?" She then pulled out her sweater from her bag and lifted his head, placing it underneath.
