"WAAAAIT-" Rosie called, running down the corridors in her dirty sneakers after her stupid dumb cat.

Cats were adventurous creatures. Particularly, Magnus. Magnus was an adventurous cat. The smaller than usual tabby cat was sprinting down the cold floors of the corridors, finding joy in bothering hispoor scrambling mother. He wore a golden collar with a bell on it, that rung as he sprinted around a corner and down another hallway. It's not like he was trying to bother Rosie too much on purpose, there was so much of Hogwarts that he still hadn't seen! So, the stupid little cat was marching off to his destiny.

Well, he was, until he saw someone else wandering down the hallway. The cat vaguely recognized the smell of stinky Reid Kovacs, but he still liked him! Magnus was a friendly cat, he liked a lot of people. He went and caught up with the tall Hufflepuff, standing by his leg and meowing loudly for attention as if to say - "I know you see me down here. I'm not invisible. You want to pet me. You must."

After a few moments of Magnus standing at the boy's foot, Rosie finally caught up with them. The poor small Hufflepuff was panting, her hands on her knees as she tried to catch her breath. After a few seconds, she lifted her head and peered through the curls that had fallen in front of her eyes. She moved them out of the way and rubbed her head. "Heeeeey Reid." She greeted, coming over to meet him. Magnus was hiding behind Reid's leg now. "I'm lucky he saw you, he probably would've kept running. He's determined to run to the second floor." She sighed.
