I wish I ccould focus on one thing for the amount of time I want ( like if I want to study for 2 hrs then I would do nothing else in those 2 hrs and it should start when I want)

Granted, but no matter how much time you spend on it, you always get terrible outcomes. (Ex: 2 hrs of study = below 30% grades. Each hour takes away 10% percent from your mark of 50... If that makes any sense.)
