As she neared the Hufflepuff boy, a satiric grin spread over her lips. Aldor seemed to be the definition of calmness whenever the two met, yet this mood didn't quite reach Natasha. She thought that maybe for others, that smile would have a cooling effect and lighten the mood. But for her it was different. She felt the undeniable irritation crawling through her being whenever she saw him. The witch cursed herself for even approaching Aldor in Diagon Alley that day. This boy was troublesome, but she would eventually break him, and make him admit his inferiority.
"You know," she said, stopping in front of him. "I'm starting to see a pattern here. We meet, you walk away, I go after you, then we actually talk. I'm starting to feel like you are running away from me. I guess I'm a little problem you would rather avoid than come face to face with."
Natasha looked at the shelves, surrounding them. The titles were unfamiliar, which could only mean that these books were meant for older students. What was Aldor doing here anyway? Did he think he was a genius or something? Nobody could be this advanced at such a young age.
"Running away is not the solution here, dear. I would say that I have nothing against you, but that would be a lie. You don't even know my name, and yet, I still can't help but fell a strong dislike towards you. Strange, isn't it? I think it's hereditary; it's in my blood to hate you and your kind."
The girl tilted her head, waiting for the boy's inevitable comeback.

He would take a deep breath as he rubbed his eyes in silence, again, not even making eye contact.
''Indeed I preffer not to talk with you, because first of all, you hate me, second of all, I'm quite busy- He would go back to reading, stopping again as he darted his eyes towards her.
''And I do know who you are- Natasha Choi- the rumors spread quickly, some good, some bad, but overall, the rumors about you family- you know, at first when I found out about your family I had a big respect for your father- known, wealthy, amazing manners- but then I connected dots and found you, the girl that found me at Diagon Alley- I am unsure why you keep the tradition as it it- maybe you are afraid because lately pure bloods are decreasing and muggle borns are more often seen around Hogwarts-''
He would play with his hair trying to calm his nerves, he is still quite calm.
''You are welcome to torture me for the rest of the year but truly- Muggle-borns are not a menace to your- reputtation, of course, genitically you Pure bloods are far superior- or that is what they say according to that book two halls way from here, the one with a red cover. with golden letters on the spine, anyway- that book was, as far as I know, wrote by a Muggle-Born, so, if another Muggle-born admits that you are superior, feel free to walk all over me-''
And so Aldor kept reading, through his speech, his voice never cracked or stutter, he did not talk as if he was enraged, was he really accepting this?

Natasha's mouth hung open slightly as her eyes flickered in the direction she knew the red covered book would be. Then, she took a deep breath, turning away from the boy. For some odd reason she felt like this calm behavior was not his true self. It was just a hunch, because truly, nobody can be this collected at all times... Right?
The young witch balled her hands into fists, her nails digging into the soft flesh of her palm. Aldor's words rubbed her the wrong way; but not like before. They struck way deeper this time. Maybe because he wasn't generalizing anymore. He brought up her family, her father, and she couldn't help but feel like she was compared to him. Her father and her, they were so different. In the girl's eyes Junseo Choi was the embodiment of perfection, and being compared to him only reminded her how much of a disappointment she would be to her parents if they saw her with the muggle-born right now.
She couldn't disappoint them. She was never allowed to. She must steel herself, and never approach this boy again. She must regain her posture, and behave how a noble lady should. This boy made her stray away from her father's teachings, and it was not right.
Natasha's expression darkened as she put her book on a shelve, and rose both of her hands to either sides of her head. She grabbed her hair pulling as hard as she could. Her scalp hurt, but she kept pulling until her eyes shone with tears. Meanwhile, she mumbled under her breath; her words were barely audible, and kept repeating them like a mantra.
"Yeonyakhal ttae ganghago... yeonyakhal ttae ganghago... yeonyakhal ttae ganghago...Be strong when you are weak"
This was her coping mechanism; She couldn't remember the time she didn't use this method to calm herself down. To cope with her own thoughts. Because the physical pain helped her get her mind off of things that bothered her. It helped her forget, while the words gave her reassurance. She was strong. She would not break because of his words. Because the truth is, no matter what nobody could ever understand what was going on in her head and soul.
After a couple of moments, Natasha seemed to calm down. She lowered her hands again, a distant look in her eyes as she looked at Aldor again. Her stare didn't held any kind of malice, only emptiness. A void, which could haunt one for days if they weren't prepared for it.
In a low voice, like a ghost, she began:
"Aldor... No matter how many books you read, or how hard you try to comprehend the logic behind why I believe in the blood purity ideology, the truth is, you will never truly understand. It's easy; talking like that without knowing what goes on behind the scenes. There are things nobody knows, not unless they were born into a pure-blood family that has it's origins in the medieval times. You talk about these beliefs as if I could turn my back to them at any given moment, and abandon everything I've known my whole life to be true. It's not my choice; I never wanted to be born into a family that--"
The girl bit her tongue so hard that it draw blood. She talked too much, she said too much. She mustn't reveal her family's century long secrets, nor can she tell him about what those traditions really were. Nobody was supposed to know about them, not even her childhood friend knew! And yet, here she was. She was careless; she almost revealed what the Choi clan's true nature was like.
Her grandfather... The girl only wished her grandfather would never hear about her almost-slip-up.
Natasha walked past Aldor, avoiding him in a large arc. She needed to be alone for some time; to organize her thoughts and calm down. Usually, she would write a letter to her cousin. He always helped her. But she couldn't do that. Not anymore. He wasn't the Joowon she once knew.
The girl looked back only once; he hissed, but this time it lacked the usual spite. "Rest assured, I won't walk over you... I don't want to be near you again."
With that, she was gone.
