When Aldor started to speak, Henry turned to look at him and listened as he talked about his hobbies. Eventually Henry saw him pause and play with his hair, he somehow could see himself in him probably because he was as nervous and anxious as Aldor was during his first year so he waited calmly until he was finished speaking even after the pause. When Henry was a bit sure that Aldor finished, he then opened his mouth to speak " baking is cool, are you any good? Uh what do you like to bake?" Henry then being a know it all and geek, he smiled when Aldor mentioned liking books he couldn't help but say " I like books to, I probably am always reading anyway. What type of books do you like?"
Henry took a fee closer steps to Aldor before looking at the water and speaking again " do you go to the library a lot? Maybe we can meet there some time since we both love books," Henry then turned to Aldor and smiled a bit at the young boy before asking him " since were friends, would you mind if I called you Al?" Henry didn't want to touch him without Aldor liking it so he just smiled at him until he heard his answer.

Aldor would suddenly stop playing with his hair. Al? It did not sound like a bad nickname, he thought it was kind of charming, Aldor did notice how Henry has not tried to shake his hand or invade his space in the little time they have conversating, this made Aldor quite pleased, usually people forget how personal space is important to some people, like himself.

Aldor gave Henry a kind smile, as he tried to recover his composture, somehow, he is not as nervous as he thought he was going to be, this reminds him of that sittuation in which he stumbled upon a Gryffindor at the quidditch practice, she was kind and a really nice person, but Aldor felt the same thing he feels around everyone else. But something about Henry was different, maybe it is the fact that he probably experienced a similar first year in Hogwarts, maybe he was just as awkward as Aldor.
Whatever it was, it made the Hufflepuff boy feel better than most of the time, maybe Henry could be the key to being more chill.

Hello there
As the black lake rippled with vibration across the surface, something about that day felt the while also different, Henry couldn't explain it but for the once the boy was glad that he net Aldor instead if sitting their by himself with his haunting thoughts but there was still something else bugging him, something that Henry couldn't explain. Talking, being there with Aldor didn't feel like the way it felt when he was with his friends or even a stranger for that matter. No, the way Henry felt was different like he almost understood how nerves and wanted to help him through it, for a boy who lived with anxiety and awkwardness during his first year and even now, the desire to help Aldor was burning strong within him.
Henry heard Aldor respond to his question about calling him Al and with the answer, Henry smiled before speaking " why would someone call you by your last name? It doesn't matter anyway, I always thought nicknames were a way to either connect people or help someone grow," Henry was always a fan of nicknames even when he was a awkward child with no friends which was kind of odd since his own childhood friend hated them but Henry didn't stay on the thought for long as he spoke again " you can give me one whenever you like Al, I truly never care when friends do."
Henry had a few of his own from friends but he didn't dwell on them as his mind was still on one thing and that was this odd feeling with Aldor. He never acted as a mentor to someone before and he was the younger sibling in his household so he never had to care or help anyone either, so then why was he feeling this way. Maybe, maybe he was suppose to meet Aldor that day and maybe he was suppose to become a mentor to him and help him throughout the years, Henry smiled at the thought before saying "so since were friends, what if we talk about ourselves? You know to get to know one and another?"

''Alright then I- well, going back to your question about uh- my skillset- Since I never really answered that-'' He would fidget with his thumbs for a few seconds, as he thought of an answer.
''I am pretty bad at baking really- I am only good at making- sweets like cakes or cookies- pies and all of that but- I have never been able to make a salty dish properly- I always add too much salt or not enough salt it is- overall just a mess-'' Aldor would smile slightly, as a few memories of his failed atempts at baking came back to him.
''So what about you?- Have you ever tried baking or- cooking anything for that matter?-'' He would tilt his head to the side, almost analizing Henry, this was not his intention, but he kind of does that without thinking, whether it happens because of being paranoic and wanting to look into everything, or it is simply on of his many quirks.
Aldor would patiently wait for an answer, always keeping that same smile that bothered many of his classmates, there is high chances Henry heard about Aldor before because of his bad reputation, something about Aldor was defenitley odd, was it just the fact he is always on his own, and avoids people at all costs? Whatever it was, it probably had to do with the rest of the students, considering he was quite scared when Henry said he was a Slytherin, it was probably because of someone related to this same house.

Henry heard the boy mention baking again and he turned to look at him in his eyes,
as Henry smiled a bit when Aldor talked about being better at baking than cooking in which when he finished Henry then spoke " sweets are always better than salty food, I still think it's pretty wicked that you can bake," Henry said it in a calm voice before hearing Aldor question to him and seeing him smile, a smile that Henry took as friendly as he smiled back before saying " I can't really bake, I mean I did bake cookies over the summer holiday with my brother and they ended up alright but I'm not the best at it same goes for cooking as well," Henry laughed a bit begot saying " maybe you could give me some pointers some time since you seem like a baking expert."
Henry gave him a smile before looking out at the black lake where the giant squib rose two tentacles out of the water before splashing them back down sending ripples through the water, which allowed Henry to ask " do you like creatures or animals Al? I love them, study them all the time really," Henry then looked at the boy and saw a expression that he has before multiple times which allowed him to say " I know how your feeling, I has that same feeling before last year. I heard the rumours but I never believed in rumours and plus their similar to mine," Henry laughed a bit as he thought about his own rumours that people said about him before speaking" You may have heard that I isolate myself, separate myself from others, that am a know it all, a slytherin traitor, or that I'm hiding something. Well none of those are true and I hope that you don't believe in rumours either Al."
Henry then looked back at the lake and for the first time knew what he was doing, he knew what he wanted to do and who he wanted to help, he knee that he wanted to help and mentor Aldor which caused a smile to form on Henry before be turned and faced the boy and spoke " do you like quidditch Al or flying in general? I'm curious, tell me about yourself Al?"

Before Aldor could answer to Henry's question, the Slytherin boy began talking about rumors and many other things. Funny enough, the time that Aldor has been in Hogwarts, he heard nothing but good things about this kind soul from Slytherin who helped others, someone good, there wasn't much people who actually talked about this, but the ones who did, seemed really honest. This made Aldor feel awkward, and it was obvious, there is also quite a lot of rumors about himself, but he has not managed to handle the sittuation, he is always watching, always listening, no secret that was spoken about in the dorms and common room from Hufflepuff was safe from Aldor.
He keeps secrets perfectly, but sometimes he wishes he could just burst out and scream out every single bad thing he has heard from each and every student arround him, but it is not the fact that he can not do it, the problem is that he is not bad enough to destroy people that way, because he understands that it is painful to get rejected and judged with no reason at all.

Henry heard the boy stutter out a word or two at first, as he then smiled at him a bit before looking back at the lake and taking a deep breath, when Aldor did speak Henry would turn to him with a small smile on his mouth as he listened to his words. It was odd how many people talked about quidditch but it was also odd that Aldor didn't like quidditch but liked flying, Henry was the same way sort of. He never enjoyed quidditch but he always liked flying, the feelings being high up in the air and free but for Henry it was also personal, it was like he was with his mum again, like he was flying with her and his own mind was clear.
" I'm not a big fan of quidditch either but I had to ask. I enjoy flying to through, just the sense of being free and having nothing on your mind seems pretty good, doesn't it," Henry smiled at the boy before running a hand through his hair and looking back at the lake. After a while Henry opened his mouth to speak again, " you said you liked reading Al? Maybe sometime we could meet up in the library, I'm always looking for library buddies," Henry then thought he saw simone approaching them but didn't say anything as he just smiled at Aldor.

''L-ibrary buddies?-'' Aldor would take a deep breath trying to recover his senses, somehow, someone finally managed to break into his dark shell of shyness, rage and awkwardness, usually you'd think that this is a good think, but Aldor is starting to feel really weird, almost attacked, it has been a long time since he found someone who managed to bring him to his breaking point.
He kept holding the same fake smile, as he went back to playing with his hair.
''That sounds lovely, I uh- I am usually at the library like all the time- if I am not here at least-''
He would think about this sittuation, even though everything seemed to be going perfectly, something deep inside of him made him feel terrified, from shyness to confusion, he did not know what to do, Henry was simply too kind, too much in fact, was this a prank? It couldn't be, although, the fact he seems to be really trying to keep talking to him, makes him feel safe.

Well yes, it was clear something was wrong with Aldor, maybe not 'wrong', but definetly not natural, he hated physical contact, he seems shy but he clearly likes to talk, he pretends to be gloomy. . . but it is clear that he is a rageful person, could that be one of the reasons why he avoids people?

Henry smiled at him when he first spoke and nodded to say yes then after some time he heard Aldor speak again but this time he himself smiled before speaking " the library or here well it sounds like we have more in common than I thought. I to am usually at the library or here, except I'm up there," Henry pointed at one of the branches to justify his statement before speaking again " do you like climbing? I find the view bloody amazing up there," Henry put his arm down and watched the tree and it's leaf's sway in the wind for a bit longer before turning back to Aldor when he heard him speak again.
When Aldor finished, now Henry saw just how similar the two were and why Henry felt like he needed to help the boy or at least befriend him because he was suffering with something that Henry had to deal with his whole life, anxiety or at least the feeling of being anxious around others. Henry ran a hand through his hair before speaking " I know the feeling, I get pretty anxious to when someone approaches me or if a professor calls on me," Henry smiled at the boy before continuing " what a pair we are? Two anxious library lovers."

Aldor seemed happy, this sittuation was too perfect, the weather was nice, the sky was clear, a stranger started speaking to him with a kind and gentle tone, what was wrong about this? Aldor was unsure, but he knew something was NOT ok, his fear began growing, specially with Henry's last phrase. 'What a pair we are?'. Aldor thought this was cute at first, but everytime he spoke he felt like Henry was trying to be closer to him, this was a feeling that Aldor had experienced before, but for the first time, he felt like he was frozen, unable to react, unable to run and say something like 'I got things to do', this fact of feeling powerless, was not very apreciated by Aldor.
He felt weak, scared, as if he was cornered in this conversation, unable to do more but agree with Henry, he wishes to go, but he can't, he wants to say an excuse to go, but he is speechless, he wants to listen to his brain again, but he was deaf to his own thoughts, this made Aldor's deepest instincts go wild and take over him, bringing him to a breaking point, he has not felt like this for a long time, but for once, Aldor does not want to stay, but he is too weak to run, and so, he couldn't help but hold onto the tree by him covering his mouth with his hand, he seemed to have lost his balance as if he was dizzy.
