Round 2 - Early Morning PV Aemadall Closed

She didn't like the fact that she startled or worried him but she did like the fact that he didn't hesitate to come in after her. He swam over to her, thinking maybe she was in trouble.

Alina didn't mind the slight cursing. There might even come a time where Logan saw her worked up enough that she used the occasional swear word herself.

"Sorry. I can sometimes be a take charge sort of person and act before thinking," she didn't mean to worry him and wanted him to know that. The last thing she'd want to do to Logan was play with his emotions.

"It's....freezing in here," she said through shivering. This wasn't the usual jump in the water sort of cold where you just had to get acclimated to it, this was absolutely FREEZING. "I can't even enjoy the swim." That was disappointing, as she always had wanted to swim there. Still, at least she could say she had been in the water.

Alina pulled herself out and went to the picnic items, placing some inside the basket so she could take the blanket and wrap around herself. She then came over to sit next to him and smiled. "Well, I didn't see the Giant Squid, or any grindylows or merpeople, but I did gain a pretty great protector."

She wasn't really the damsel in distress kind of girl but there was something comforting about knowing that someone would go through great lengths to protect you. "Come now, let's get inside and warm up," she said, offering her hand to help him up best she could.

There were several fireplaces within Hogwarts. They were in the Common Rooms but as usual that didn't help them much unless they wanted to say their goodbye to one another. The Great Hall could have roaring fires but with breakfast approaching for the now waking students of Hogwarts, that would be crowded and loud - and probably filled with too many wandering eyes, wondering why they were soaking wet.

But the Divinations classroom also had a fireplace where sometimes a large copper kettle was heated. Yes, that seemed like the right place to go.
