Wish I'd made Lucia more athletic lol - no way does she have the stamina for broomracing or quidditch, and she views duelling as pointless xDD

None of the sports offer payment - unless you're a captain. Duelling Captains + Quidditch Captains get paid. BUT the upcoming broomracing is a test. So there's no rewards this time. Once it's an official system, there will likely be the same rewards as doing either Quidditch / Duelling.
EDIT: Also, 5 Stamina is more than enough. Some people do it with 1 Stamina
Professors make their account when they are offered the position. Lear became staff (head of hufflepuff) after I joined. @Lucia Fox @Scarlett Aden , Quidditch players, Duellers and Broom racers (as far as my knoweldge) do not get paied unless they are part of the moderating role. E.g Captains, Co-captains and Vice-Captains.
You can only apply for these if there is an open position. I would suggest to look out for positions a lot because I really want to be on the Quidditch team but the wait list is pretty long so I applied for the Co-Captain a few days ago.
