Who knew?
Throughout her exploration of the old Scottish Castle that housed Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Claryssa North had determined that Floor Five seemed to be the most boring and eventful location out of all of them! While each specific level had its own interesting aspect, the Fifth Floor was only home to a poorly maintained bathroom and empty classroom that wasn't even used for lessons!
The Basement had the Potions Room and other mysteries; the Ground Floor had the Great Hall, which was pretty Great; The First Floor hosted her favorite study room and the DADA and HoM rooms; The Second Floor hosted Muggle Studies, which, although it wasn't completely interesting, had a special place in her heart as it taught her own history, if a bit inaccurately, at times; The Third Floor hosted the Hospital Wing (quite an important space) and Charms; The Fourth Floor hosted the Library, Dueling Club room, Ballroom, and Rehearsal Room (needless to say, it was her favorite); The Sixth Floor hosted Transfiguration; The Seventh Floor, although she'd never really bothered to visit, apparently hosted Divination, and of course the two tours hosted the Ravenclaw common room and Astronomy room! Each floor had at least a single interesting aspect to it, with the exception of Floor Five. Still, in the mood to explore, Clary figured she must investigate the so-called haunted Fifth Floor Girls' Lavatory.
Upon entering the space, she was surprised to discover it was relatively well up kept. Although it was by no means sparkling clean, when she heard the word haunted, she was expecting something a little bit darker. Then again, Hogwarts didn't really seem to have a good streaking going in terms of Girls' Lavatories, as the second-most-popular one were the abandoned toilets on Floor Two. It was a simple space with five rickety stalls on the left side of the room. Towards the center-right, a circular set of sinks were set up, each fitted with a slightly foggy mirror standing in front of it that looked like it had seen its most recent clean decades ago. Clary allowed the door to slam shut behind her and spun around the space, taking in the sight of the curious room. "Uh... hello! Is there a ghost haunting this space?" She'd been told ghosts lived at Hogwarts, though she had yet to meet one in her current time here so far. Though, from what knowledge she did possess, she'd been informed they usually interacted with students just like normal human beings, so she figured calling out to see if they were present wasn't that terrible of an idea.

Who knew?
Clarisse had been exploring the halls of Hogwarts looking for a special hangout place for days! An empty classroom seemed like a good choice at first, but others where bound to be thinking the same thing. The last thing she wanted was unwanted guests in her special hangout place.
She had only recently found the “haunted” bathroom. To her it seemed liked the perfect place she could come to, to cry, relax, or do other secret and mysterious stuff. The bathroom was rumored to be haunted and that obviously gave the place a mysterious vibe. She had been putting stickers on the insides of the stalls when she heard a voice. She smirked, the girl was here to see if the bathroom was really haunted. This should be fun.
”Ooooo I am the bathroom ghoooooost!”
Clarisse tried her best to make her voice seem as ghostly as possible. She slowly made her way out of the stall she was in and snuck up behind the girl, wiggling her fingers. She got as close as possible to her, mustering all she could to not to start to laugh, and said
”Boo!!”
Jumping back to avoid any swinging arms, she broke out into a fit of laughter.

Who knew?
Clary gazed around the space, a bit dumbfounded at the conflicting ambiance she was getting from the seemingly abandoned, yet also somewhat curious, lavatory. She gasped in delight, suddenly hearing a voice announce its presence in the room. It was the ghost! The rumors Clary had heard were true, as she expected, of course, and the spirit had introduced itself to her. She was surprised, finding it to sound a bit too stereotypical to what she'd think a ghost would sound like, but she wasn't going to complain. After all, if she were a ghost and had the courage to speak to a random student who just walked in asking for her, she wouldn't want her voice to be insulted.
"Hi, um! Can you reveal yourself to me?" Clary was pretty sure ghosts were invisible unless they wanted to be seen. She cast her eyes upwards towards the ceiling, scanning the room around her for any signs of the spirit, all the meanwhile oblivious to the playful student who had just entered the room, preying on the gullibility of poor Claryssa. She waited in anticipation, the room still as empty as it was before (or at least, that's what she assumed). In fact, in her deep infatuation with the discovery of the spirit, she failed to hear the approaching footsteps of Clarisse Stratford!
Much too late, Clary heard the loud, "Boo!" sound right behind her and jumped back quickly, arms flailing as she let out a quick, panicked yelp! Gosh, that ghost had just practically given her a panic attack! She whipped around quickly, her eyes narrowed in accusation at the spirit she was about to have a "stern-talking with", only to find that a young girl dressed in yellow robes stood in the place of the presumed-spirit. Clary opened her mouth to speak, immediately feeling her cheeks redden in embarrassment, and shut her mouth again, eyes cast downwards towards the ground.
"Oh," she murmured meekly, a hesitant smile on her face. She'd been bamboozled.

OOC: Sorry for not replying in forever I’ve been busy oof
Clarisse hunched over in a fit of laughter. She couldn’t believe the girl had been naive to her trick! She also couldn’t believe naivety to the cruelty of her own trick. Maybe the girl had a heart condition and scares like this could spur a sudden heart attack or was a psycho murderer in disguise!
”Y-You should’ve heard yourself!”
The girl managed to choke out in between her neverending flow of giggles, but eventually managed to get ahold of herself, looking up to finally get a good look at her poor victim, but immediately felt the color drain from her face. The girl looked very similar to Claire in the fact that she had the same straight blonde hair and blue eyes. Clarisse recognized her from Herbology, but she hadn’t bothered to get a good look at anyone’s face or even talk in favor of learning about the magical plants instead. Wasn’t she Marissa’s twin sister? What was her name again? Clementine? Clara? Was her name Claire too? Clarisse contemplated this as her mouth went dry, but she managed to keep her usual smile on her face.
”I’m sorry I’m not the ghost you where hoping for.
Clarisse stood up, clearing her throat.
”Sorry for scaring you. I saw the opportunity and couldn’t resist.”
Clarisse explained, moving back to the stall she previously was in, and resumed decorating the walls with the charmed stickers a fourth year had left behind in the Hufflepuff common room. They where similar to pictures as they moved, but these stickers also interacted with each other. Clarisse has been busy making a scene where a glowing Phoenix cried tears onto plants that bloomed to life while above that was miniature solar system complete with shimmering stars and zooming asteroids.

Who knew?
Clary was still a bit frazzled from the whole experience, and immediately felt her cheeks continue to blush, feeling stupid for falling for such a juvenile trick. She was eleven now, and better yet, a member of the Ravenclaw house, known for their wisdom and intelligence! She shouldn't keep acting so naive in silly situations and encounters. In fact, now that she had the chance to look the girl over, she had no idea how she thought the petite Hufflepuff could possibly be a ghost in any occasion! She didn't even sound convincing, Clary decided, comforting herself with that as a defensive fact.
While the stranger managed to calm herself down, Clary glanced around the room, blinking at her frazzled face reflected in the mirror. She took a steady breath, hoping the blooming red would soon drain a bit from her cheeks, and turned back to her "attacker". "It's fine... I did hear this place was haunted, though! Apparently the haunting just seems to be done by First Year Hufflepuff girls instead of real ghosts." She wrinkled her nose in amusement and rolled her eyes playfully, dancing over to where the girl stood, creating a scene of some sort. "What're you up to?"
