History/Background Story: Meet Mariam, a girl with a strong imagination and a determination to be the very best! Mariam was born on April 27th, 2006 in a nicely made cabin at precisely 2:36 AM in Wales. Mariam is the daughter of Maddie Wills, a highly respected historian of magick who would go to great lengths to find answers to every question possibly made. Maddie was a pretty cold person who was all logical and hated children(The irony). It was hard to get her attention to the point where her husband, Charles Wills, would have to schedule a time to spend with his 'lovely' wife. Charles, on the other hand, was VERY much the opposite, he was a warm man with an accepting heart. He would always work 9-5 schedules as a teacher of the dark arts so he could get home in time to see the center of his universe, Mariam. Charles was there to see it all! Mariam's first step, her first introduction to magic, her first laugh, etc. He took pride in being a good parent! One day, Charles had enough of Maddie's poor excuse of being a mother and said, "You are no longer welcomed in this house. Either change or leave!"...We all know what option Maddie picked sadly. Mariam was only 10 and never understood why her mother left without a loving hug...but with only a cold stare. This subconsciously gave Mariam the mindset that her mother left because she simply wasn't good enough, so she pushed herself to be the very best of the best! Her goal to one day make her mother smile and hear the words, "I love you."
Fast forward a year later and Mariam has developed into a bright young lady! Though she is quiet and not very talkative, she is highly observant and loves watching people and how they interact(She is very much the opposite of shy!). Mariam is a hard worker, she usually doesn't sleep because she wants to improve herself and learn more about everything. Her wanderlust for the world is just too strong! This usually leads her into always going out on her adventures to find little trinkets so she can make new things! That's right, Mariam is a little inventor! She loves finding old things that have been thrown away and giving them a new life! Whether it is a bubble blower or a modified fork. Mariam is very curious and loves to again explore! This usually ends up with her getting in trouble, lost, or in an amazing adventure...she surprisingly is a mischievous little thing! Her confidence and bravery usually show in her magic, she always puts all her trust in it! Of course, though, Mariam does have her flaws...When Mariam feels like she isn't doing enough or things aren't going as planned, she usually has her anxiety attacks or loses her temper. Mariam is too much of a perfectionist and is usually really hard on herself, this results in her lashing out and being destructive if she feels hopeless or afraid. Though it's rare to see this side of her, it's possible.
