Yeah, I believe you do so unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to apply for that. You could apply for the Animagus ability though which is available when you become a fifth year!

i mean for abilities, i randomly chose prodigal charms for scarlett and never used it i'm planning to though...
obviously she's got fearless, but i was too late for a race because it took me more than a month to figure this site out haha. (totally didn't stalk @Lucia Fox's first posts to see what to do) xD
