I keep debating on if I want to make an iNPC or if I should wait until things have calmed down more in my RL.

If I were to make one, I'm debating on making a boy from Ilvermorny who's a distant cousin of Serena's, and he's super stuck-up, especially about his pure-blood heritage, OR making a boy or girl from Beauxbatons. Decisions, decisions…
