An Un-expeted Meeting
Not at all! Getting caught I mean. The howlers would be the least of my concerns. Katie replied, I'd have to find someone to take me in for the holidays or stay at Hogwarts. Katie added darkly. Katie was glad to have a new friend, I'd you could call it that. She was thankful that Siobhán hadn't hated her for her parents. Hogwarts had been amazing. For the first time, Katie had been able to speak her mind freely and ask any question, without fear.
It was as though a heavy burden had been released from her shoulders. She finally had somebody to talk to, at least for now, who wouldn't judge her or hold her up to the impossibly high standards of her parents. She truly was free at last.
Anyway, I'll see you then. After dinner at the abandoned toilets. She turned around to walk putt the door, but she remembered something. I heard of a muggle technology called blacklights over the summer. When I was in Diagon Alley, one of the mu- sorry muggle borns, mentioned this weird UV blacklight thing. I bought one when my parents weren't looking and apparently some things glow under them. If you bring some plants, we could test them out. Only if you feel like it though. Katie hated that she'd accidentally almost said the m-word. Stupid parents! They'd probably conditioned her to think that way or something. She hopped Siobhán hadn't noticed her slip up. Katie turned back around and walked out the door and down to the Great Hall for dinner.
