I would definitely make one, just in case the applications might not open for a while again. To be honest, I think if they were Alina's twin it might be pretty cool.

Note: I finally finished my NPC application. We can only post them starting on the 1st, correct? Or can we do it now?

I'd assume you should wait until the 1st on the safe side since that is what is listed there, but congrats on getting it done. Once your NPC is posted I shall lurk that thread very heavily xD
