Henry stepped into the transfiguration class and felt gloomy, he rather not tutor a first year in transfiguration but he was assign to and Henry didn't feel like arguing as he walked to the middle of the room and placed his messager type bag next to his seat. Henry looked around and saw no one else there, this kid must be late or he's just skipping which is better for me, I walked all the way here then have to walked all the way back because he never showed. When I rather be hanging out with Logan or alone with my thoughts. Henry plopped down at the desk and after one final look around when he didn't see anyone else, Henry buried his head and face in his arms on his desk as he got lost in thought about hid hidden life and family.
All Henry knew about this kid was the information that he was given and that was; he was a first year Gryffindor male. Henry didn't even have his name, he hoped that they gave this kid his name or it will be a long session, usually Henry wouldn't be wearing clothes with his house on them but today he didn't care as his mind and thoughts were focus on other things.

Sorry for the late response
I was walking through the corridors trying to remember where the transfiguration classroom was. I looked around and saw the classroom and began to proceed.
Truth be told, I never wanted to be here. I was assigned a tutor for transfiguration class because I was horrible at it. I could be hanging out with my friends, drawing the castle, or just staring at the horizon from the courtyard, but no, I had to be here taking tutorial classes from some guy who, for the record, I know nothing about.
I walked down the halls and saw the transfiguration classroom. "Let's get this traknwreck over with, shall we? I said to myself.
I walked into the classroom and saw the guy who was supposed to tutor me. He seemed as reluctant to do this as I was. He was probably a second year slytherin.I said, smiling at him. I decided to dial down formality as much as possible. I walked over to a desk in the front row and dropped my textbook."You must be my tutor"I took a seat at the desk and continued to look at him."You can call me Aemadall or Logan, which ever one you want.

Henry saw the bot enter the class room, he was two inches shorter than Henry and had brown hair with some freckles on his face. Henry watched as he took a seat in the front row and told him that his name was Aemadall or to call him Logan which Henry wasn't about to do as it would remind him of his best friend who he would rather be wait right now than tutoring a first year. Henry smiled at the boy as he picked up his bag and made his way to the kid's desk, Henry distinctly remembered being happy that he was smart and didn't have to go to tutoring last year but he also thought that the tutors were ones who volunteered or who likes it. Henry didn't volunteer nor did he like tutoring someone as he placed his bag at his side then took a seat at Aemadall's desk, sitting next to him.
Henry turned to face the kid as he spoke " nice to meet you Aemadall, I'm Henry. Uh, just Henry," Henry still didn't want to be apart of any family or surname as he spoke again " so I'm guessing the professor told you to do tutoring, the professor also assigned me to tutor since I'm the top of the class but relax were in the same boat because I don't want to be here either." Henry then took a book out from his bag that was on transfiguration and place it on the desk as he spoke again " so which do you not understand the theories or the incarnations?"

I didn't want this but I needed this. I really wanted to be good at magic and I guess that meant being good at every aspect of it. Henry seemed like a nice person. I had an experience with a Slytherin once and she was anything but nice. He asked me whether the theories were my problem or it was that of incantations. I really never thought about it. I was good at casting spells and making potions. I understand how to do stuff but never why it works. I had my answer,I realized that transfiguration was a lot like muggle chemistry. You had to mix the right amount of chemicals and understand what just happened at the same time. Quidditch was like soccer for wizards. I was exploring a world I didn't know that wasn't too different from the one I already knew."I think I'm gonna go with theories. I seemed to be more active than passive"
I could be with my friends but if I had to survive my social life, I had to survive my academic life too. I made a promise to my mom before she died to get good grades and even if this wasn't a muggle school, I wasn't gonna broke on that promise. Time to put my game face on.

When Aemadall said that he need help with the theories, Henry opened the book on the desk to just a few pages in as he started to scan over them and occasionally flip the pages until he stopped and looked up at Aemadall as he spoke " alright theories are easy enough to understand that is if you understand the incarnation and can cast the spell. Do you understand the incarnations or can cast the spells?" Henry hoped that he would say yes or agree with him because then that would take him less time to tutor him and get Henry away from here sooner and back to isolating himself to his thoughts again.
Henry waited for his response before saying " try looking at the theory as a outline or summary of either a certain spell or of transfiguration," Henry pointed his finger to a paragraph in the book as he spoke " for example this one basically said that food can't appear from thin air. Only enlarged, multiply, or if you knew where it is then summoned." Henry paused then looked at Aemadall as he spoke again " with me so far? Any questions?" Henry then pushed the book toward Aemadall a bit and added " why don't you give it a try, go through the book and pick any theory then give a simple summary or outline on it."

I was starting to feel welcome her at Hogwarts. If I was gonna keep my friends I knew I was gonna have to show I wasn't an airhead. I decided to just suck up the pain that is tutoring.
I kinda freaked out when I heard I was with a Slytherin. Only one was nice to me while every other one just treated me like garbage. I was happy to know that Henry wasn't one of them.
He asked me if I can cast spells and I said,He then took me back down to my book. He said that food can't appear out of thin air, it can only be enlarged, multiplied and summoned. I realized that transfiguration was a lot like muggle chemistry with theories, observation, analysis and practicals. The wizarding world wasn't too different from the muggle world."Yeah. I can do that"
He asked if I was with him and I simply just nodded. He then told me to pick out a theory then underline or summarize it.
I looked down at the book to find a theory. I saw one about creatures and said out-loud,I underlined the theory and looked back up at Henry."The larger the creature, the harder it is to transfigurate. That's a theory, right""That was a lot easier than I thought"

Henry listened to Aemadall speak and nodded as he spoke " correct yes, it sounds like your got it," Henry then pointed at another theory and spoke " try giving a summary about this theory?" As Henry listened to Aemadall and as time passed soon the minutes turned to hours and their tutoring session was over for the day. Henry looked at the clock then slid his book into his messager type bag as he spoke " Greg job today, you really are better at this than what the professor said," Henry offered Aemadall a friendly smile as he continued " see you next week at the next session?" Henry waited for him to reply before adding " alright then I'll seen you around and if you need help with anything school or non-school related then don't be afraid to owl me or ask me," Henry placed his messager type bag on his shoulder as he started to walk toward the door he shouted back to Aemadall " see you later Aemadall."
When Henry got out of the classroom he took off at a run as he wanted to meet with Logan before curfew and just catch up to take his mind off of his hidden life and family but actually tutoring wasn't bad and Aemadall was actually a nice kid.
