DADA Questions on Lessons

Hello. I just got enrolled for Hogwarts today, and I need to know how to "learn" these lessons. I'm sorry just I am very very new.

you can take part in lessons once you have been on the site for over 10 days and have accumulated at least 20 posts. You can find further details on this in our Hio FAQ here.

Can the RPG be descriptive for DADA?

What is the difference between Impedimenta and Immobulus on this site? The first is taught in 4th year DADA and the other 2nd year Charms.

The difference is the same as in the books, as far as I am aware. Why Professor Vernatis teaches Immobulus in 2nd Year you would have to ask her about. I am not that familiar with the Charms curriculum, I'm afraid.

No no.. I didn't mean going over the site rating or anything. I'm sorry for the confusion. I meant that can it have details keeping to the site's rating. Details of one's past and how they came to finding themselves in the certain situation and stuff.

Of course! You can add as much information as you want to. If you want to write a more detailed or longer RP story then, please, go ahead. Have fun with writing your stories

Hello there @Christine Brown!

First off, welcome! To attend classes, you must have 20 messages and been on the site for 10 days. To gain messages I suggest going to The Games Room. After meeting these requirements, you will unlock the homework! You can access it by either clicking on your profile in the top right corner and pressing report card, or clicking the hogwarts badge and selecting a class -> clicking lectures -> then clicking one of the assignments. @Nell Zoldak is right, Christine. You can participate in games if you don't really feel like writing RPs all the time.

However, if you choose to post RPs (such as boarding the Hogwarts Express, being sorted, dining in the Welcome Feast, chilling in the common room, or exploring the school), you have to make sure that each post consists of at least 200 words. This is nothing against you personally; it's the site rule all players (yes, including Nell and I and the staff team) must follow.
