Finished Astronomy and Friendships PV

At the thought of him having lost his mother as well, Logan felt kind of happy that they had something in common even if it was something as sad as that. When he asked his next question though she grinned even though he decided to ask a different question instead. "If you must know personally I have two horses, in total we have eight horses and Einstein the family cat. I plan on getting a kitten this summer though." She knew her father was not going to agree to that because he absolutely hated Einstein but she didn't really care because the family cat was getting old.

"If I had a time turner I would go back to the day my brothers were born. I remember back then I absolutely hated them because I wasn't an only child anymore and I specifically asked when we would be able to send them back. It took me a little to get used to them but by the time they were able to crawl we were already causing major trouble." A soft giggle could be heard from Logan as she remembered the day she asked her father when they could send back her brothers. Now she would do anything to keep them around because they were her life but when she was three she didn't really care and wanted them gone.

Thinking about another question, Logan really couldn't think of anything at all and even when she looked at Henry she couldn't think of anything to talk about. "You can ask another question, I can't think of anything really right now." She told Henry with a smile on her face as she continued to try and think of another question to ask.

Henry listened to her talk of her horses and cats and couldn't help but chuckle a but as he spoke quickly after she was done " 8 horses that sounds pretty cool. I always liked cats myself to and hope to get one soon but it will have to wait since my family is a bit poor and my father got my older brother a barn owl over the summer as a graduation present." Henry laughed as he thought about when his brother picked out his owl and how he spoilers him like crazy. Henry listened as she answered his second question before saying that she couldn't think of anything else to ask as Henry hoped that didn't mean that their friendship wasn't meant to be as Henry loved chatting with Logan.

" There are perks to being the oldest. Like doing things first and getting things first," Henry remembered everything that his brother got to before him or even got before him before continuing " but I bet your amazing older sister to your brothers." Henry smiled at Logan when he saw that it was getting dark outside so Henry quickly said " it looks like it's getting dark pretty quickly, we can hang out tomorrow after classes if you like?"

Logan realized that when she had chosen a pet, an owl wasn't even on her list as an option. Her family already had her father's Eagle Owl, Zeus, so it wasn't like they really needed another one in the first place. "I think cats understand people more than most think because they seem to listen a lot."

Thinking about if she wasn't around for her brothers, she shook a little bit. "I am not quite sure my brothers would even be around if I wasn't there. They have almost blown themselves up with some of their experiments, I don't want to know what they would do if I wasn't around to stop them." Her brothers had a habit of mixing random things in the house, some of which almost exploded.

Realizing what time it was, Logan slowly stood up and brushed off her pants from any dust that may have accumulated while they were chatting. She slowly turned and slid the book she had originally been reading back into the open space for it. "I guess it is rather late, isn't it." She muttered as she turned back towards him and opened her arms for a hug, hoping that he wouldn't find her to forwards. "Tomorrow I guess, you won't forget about me...right," Logan mumbled out the last part, afraid that he was just going to leave her like most other people did because they found her strange. She really hoped that this was going to be an actually friendship.

Henry listened as Logan spoke as she got up and put her book away, he then saw her hold her hands out to hug him in which Henry smiled and got up. Henry has never been offered to hug someone other then family member's before so he embraced her hug and for a few minutes as he spoke " I could never forget you, see tomorrow? The library?" After a free mire minutes of hugging, Henry let go and bend down to pick up his book and slid it back into the shelf. Before picking up his messager type bag and placing it over his shoulder as he looked at Logan and said " want to walk out together?"

Henry hoped that she would say yes and that shouldn't forget about him because he loved to talk with her and his anxiety usually played a part in messing things up like this so Henry just stood there smiling at Logan and waiting her answer. As outside the library got darker and the crowd started to fill out which made the library definitely a but quieter then what it was before. Henry still stood there waring for a answer that he both dreaded and hoped for from Logan.

Just the thought of him promising not to forget about her made a smile come onto Logan's face. She truly hoped that this friendship continued on for a long while even if something were to happen to one of them. Slowly she pulled away from the hug, "Tomorrow, as long as there aren't this many people in here tomorrow, sitting on the floor is not the most comfortable." It was true, Logan didn't want to sit on the floor again and her back was hurting from leaning against the shelves for so long.

Logan could tell that it was getting rather dark outside the library and that there were very few people left in the library. Sadly Logan knew that the two of them couldn't walk together for long as he was a floor below and she was on the floor above. "Yeah, we can walk until we get to the stairs," she told him as she made sure that she had everything she had brought with her. She looked over at Henry with a grin on her face as she slowly started to make her way towards the library doors. Unlike when she had entered, it was almost completely silent except for the few older students who were still studying for a test most likely.

Henry watched as Logan agreed to walked with him, as he got up at the same time she did and placed his book back into it's correct spot before picking up his messager type bag and placing it on his shoulder. Henry turned to see Logan with her arms out and gesturing that they hug, Henry as never hugged anyone apart from his family and 2 or 3 childhood friends so this was new to him. Even with his anxiety and awkwardness and shyness, Henry felt some confidence around Logan as he went in for a hug and hugged her tightly for a few minutes.

Henry wished their hug would have lasted longer but it was getting darker so after a few minutes Henry let go as he spoke " thanks for agreeing t...to walk with me," Henry walked to the end of the aisle but stopped before entering the rest of the library as he turned to Logan and spoke " I have a t..type of speech problem.
That's why I s..stutter sometimes," Henry smiled as he never actually told anyone that before continuing " your probably t..the first person I t..told here. It is getting better by the way." Henry continued the walked to the front of the library and once Henry left the library and saw the stairs that would separate them he turned to Logan as he spoke " it was nice meeting you and I look forward to meeting you again, Logan." Henry started to make his way down the corridor and back to his common room before turning back to Logan as he spoke " tomorrow, library don't forget and I won't either."
