Remi looked at the two's wands and his face looked impressed. Very impressed.
He didn't get experience with the other wand core types other than the main three cores seen from Ollivander: Unicorn hair, Dragon Heartstring and Phoenix Feather.The boy grinned wildly, his wand near his chest grew a comfortable warmth near by it and Remi loved this feeling; the unite between the wand it's master."I forgot to mention that my wand has Phoenix core plus with the aspen wood. I've read a couple of books that some wizards with the Aspen and Phoenix combo are perfect for charms. My dad said the headmaster of Hogwarts had an Aspen Wand...But I'm going to be good at all types of spells! Charms, hexes, curses, jinxes, Transfiguration. Everything! Mmm, before I forget, I think a class I'm going to like is all of the charm classes and flying."

He pointed at Elisa's wand with his own,"And Elisabeth, I kinda sucks that they have hurt magical animals for a wand but like -"Remi said, trying to make her see that even though they killed a creature to make that wand, it made another 'being' and now she's taking care of it."Your wand has a special connection with you. That wand is alive and it wants to be apart of your way to Hogwarts!"He nodded before playing his wand, casually tossing it hand to hand."You too, Rohan."
Remi thought for a moment, his answers changed sometimes and other times, his questions remained the same. He couldn't really pin-point what he wanted."What I'm going to do after Hogwarts? Hmm, I'dunno. Tons of people asked me that question and uh..."
Remi shrugged before continuing,"I'dunno."He nodded his head, as if he was confirming his own theory of Muggle objects."Maybe do Auror stuff but that sounds too dangerous for me. Maybe I'll open up an enchantment shop to help Wizards to deal with Muggle objects as they're veryweird sometimes."He said, as if he had this thought suddenly,"OR! OR!"Remi giggled hard, just the idea of it was too silly for him."Maybe I'll be a Muggle Actor when I'm older but like, use charms to make my face super-duper handsome! Muggles like Big-lips, yeah?"
He contined to giggle dimly before looking at the others,"Hehe..."He asked, a lingering laugh can be heard in his voice as he snickered childishly."What do you guys wanna do after Hogwarts?"

It turned out that Rohan's wand had the core of a Troll hair, and Remius', phoenix feather. To tell the truth, Elisabeth was extremely jealous of them for owning magic wands that were more animal-friendly. Sure the core of Rohan's wand did not sound very exquisite or elegant, but at least it was just a beast's hair. And yes, she particularly envied Remius in this case.
The Scottish boy said he agreed with her view on against animal killing, and the boy from Ivory Coast kindly tried to cheer her up, but Elisabeth still could not - did not - change her mind regarding wands with heartstring core. (Yeah, she knew she could be stubborn when she was sure she was right.) However, she did not want to argue with him about that, especially not on their first day to school. Maybe one day I should write a letter to the beast division in Ministry of Magic or the like, she thought. Or start a campaign to persuade fellow young wizards, just like what Muggles do.
The girl was very glad when they changed the subject on classes and dream careers. Elisabeth had no clear idea about classes at Hogwarts, so she was more interested in the talk on career paths. Rohan seemed to be interested in pursuing a career in making wands like Mr Ollivander. Remius was not sure, and he talked about very different options: Auror, shop owner, or actor in Muggle world. (Elisabeth was not sure if he was serious about this last option because he was laughing all the time when talking about it.)
"Perhaps a healer," Elisabeth told the boys about her career plan. "Or if I'm back to the Muggle world, a nurse or a doctor. You're familiar with Muggle doctors and nurses, Remius? I think Rohan is -" at this point, she turned to the blond student and gave him a friendly smile - "because he told me that his mum is a Muggle. I remember that."

Rohan grinned when Remi mentioned flying. Since his father and mother had told him he was a wizard, his uncle had taken him two times to go and see the Applebye Arrows play, one of the 13 famous quidditch teams. He had loved it. One of his ambitions was to play on one of the school house teams; as keeper.
"Flying?! I am really looking forward to that aswell. Quidditch is so awesome. Did you know the oldest team dates back from the 12th century? It's Puddlemere United. I personally like the Appleby Arrows better, though. You ever heard of the 1932 match?"
Rohan got a little excited. He loved quidditch. Maybe he'd become a professional quidditch player one day! He didn't say that, because he didn't want to seem too ambitious...
His mom was a muggle indeed. She was one of the most caring human muggle beings Rohan had known. He learned every important thing about life from her, and the important wizarding stuff from his uncle.
"Yeah... My mom is a muggle..."
He thought about her for a bit. He was going to mis her most of all things when he was at Hogwarts.
"Healers are ok.."
He never really liked wounded people, and also not being wounded, being healed or anything to do with injuries. This sounded silly, but he just disgusted everything in a hospital. Of course, the people were sometimes kind, but he just didn't like their job. He supposed it would be kind of rude to tell Elisabeth his opinion on hospitals, so he decided not to say much more about it.

Remi grinned, looking more relaxed than before as this whole conversation and maybe his group of friends that he'll be seeing for this school year.
Rohan talked about Quidditch like a natural and Remi could only wish to know as much as information that Rohan knows. As his pale-friend asked them if they knew about the 1932 match and Remi shook his head timidly, for the first time in the department.
He actually had no clue about Quidditch going that far back and it was shown on his face,He stated, before continuing,"Nah, I never heard of the 1932 match."He beamed with a smile."I just like flying on a broomstick, though, the Ivorian kinds are too slow compared to the European kind."
And then, the Muggle statement made Remi's mouth dropped slightly,He said, leaning slightly forward, interested in how living with Muggles went."Whoa, you have a Muggle mom?"Remi snapped his fingers, remembering something,"Is she mean to you? I heard some Muggle families are mean. Oh!"Remi said, embellishing the story a bit."I met this second-year named Syl in Diagon Alley, he's really cool but he told me that he lived with Muggles. Said it was awfully miserable."

Rohan talked about Quidditch with lots of passion; but unfortunately, Elisabeth was not interested in the sport. So of course she had no idea at all about the 1932 match. "No," she replied to his question about that match. "What happened there?"
And then she mentioned about doctors and nurses in the Muggle world, and Remius just got very excited. Unfortunately for her, he did not seem to be excited in a positive way. Instead, he asked Rohan, whose mum was a Muggle - OK, it was Elisabeth who said about this information off-handedly, unaware that Remius would act like this - if she was mean to the blond boy.
For the first time, Elisabeth frowned. And to top it all, spoke rather sternly to the boy from Ivory Coast.
"Maybe some are, but not all Muggles are mean," the Hispanic-Asian came to Rohan's defence, despite not knowing how his mother was like. "My grandparents are Muggles, and they are very loving and understanding. They treat me and my brother the same way they treat our Muggle cousins. And if you wonder, yes, they are aware that my brother and I are wizards."
After saying all that, she looked at Remius straight in the eyes. The girl did not want to look for enemy, or trouble - particularly not on her first day to Hogwarts (and they had not even arrived there) - but honestly, this was getting too much for her.
"Look," she told the boy, her tone had become softer again, "I don't want to fight with you. But if I may say, next time you might want to be more... careful and considerate when you talk about sensitive issues like this. Especially to people you don't know very well."

Rohan wasn't offended at all by Remi. He knew that other people sometimes were just a little less clever or wise (however you like it). His mom was always very kind, and some other muggle family of him aswell. At school the teachers were nice too.
"Yeah.. I have a muggle mom.. No, she is not mean. She is the kindest mom I know-"
He didn't know other moms, but whatever. When Elisabeth started to defend him by telling Remi he shouldn't be so.. so unsensitive, Rohan didn't quite understand. What was wrong with not knowing all that? He looked questioning at the 2 others and told Elisabeth:
"Relax... It's fine. Remi is just curious, I think. I really don't mind if people get something a little wrong."
He set his mind to something else again.. Quidditch. He wanted to talk the whole way about it, but wasn't sure if the others were so interested, though. However, he talked on:
"In 1932 there was a really cool match between the Appleby Arrows and the Vratsa Vultures. It lasted for sixteen days! Naturally, the Appleby Arrows won. It was one of their most glorious hours! In 1921 was something even stranger; Roderick Plumpton, the Seeker for the Tutshill Tornados, caught the Snitch in three and a half seconds in a match against the Caerphilly Catapults."
He leaned back, looked outside and noticed that the train had started moving. The journey had only just begun, and he was planning on force-feeding the others some more quidditch facts.

ReducioOOC: I hope you guys are liking the interactions between us! I have a couple of things on my plate but I'll try not to make that an excuse, welp back to the RP! Also feel free to invite all first-years who are interested.

It was clear that Elisabeth spoke sternly to him for the first time. Slowly, he looked over at Elisabeth, blankly. He didn't look mad, but more of petite shock as he stammered on what he was going to say next.
He said innocently, looking back at Rohan as he could feel his stomach about to do another flip. He knew this wasn't the first time his curiosity got the best of him. To saying taboo words at the dinner table, to saying false-incantations with his wand at home and pointing it at his sister."D-Did I say something wrong?"
He felt guilty as he sank into his seat.
But thankfully for Remi's sanity and his stomach acids, Rohan didn't seem all too phased, from what Remi could gather. However, it seemed like Rohan didn't want to talk about it anymore as he started to talk about Quidditch again, which was fine, but it didn't feel right.
The slight tension in the air as he was still glued to his seat as he slowly turned his small frame towards Elisabeth, before offering a weak, apologetic smile on his face as he said non-verbally,For the first time, he didn't talk. He listened to Rohan, the whole story of that particular Qudditch match, as he hoped to all his little heart that Elisabeth would accept his apology."I'm sorry. Please don't hate me."

Elisabeth did not know whether to look at either or both of the boys, or whether it would be better if she looked at none of them and faced the window instead.
She had a lot of things she wanted to say to Remi, but she was not sure if it would be fine for him and for Rohan, who was now in (she believed) in an awkward situation.
Finally the girl decided to try speaking it up. If any of the students sharing her compartment did not like what she was going to say, (she decided) then so be it. They could also tell her that if they chose to.
"Well," she said, looking at Remi, her face was blank and her tone monotonous, "it's just that by asking Rohan if his mum is mean, it sounds like you're really accusing her of being mean. And by bringing up 'mean Muggles' thing, I feel like there's a prejudice of them being unkind. I have to say, I don't think we would like it if my grandparents or any Muggle asked something like, 'Your parents are wizards, Remi? Are they arrogant? We heard that some wizards always feel they're greater than us Muggles'. Don't you think so?"
She decided to leave out the part that she had strong connection with the Muggle world. That is, as long as none of them asked her this. But of course, if they did, she would give the answer.
And then, after a pause, Elisabeth thought that it would not be very pleasant for them to keep on discussing this issue. Not on their first trip to Hogwarts. But she also did not have any idea what to talk about. She was not interested in talking about Quidditch, but she was also sure that neither Rohan nor Remi would be interested in discussing Muggle music. Or would they? Or what about Muggle stories?
Finally she decided on travels. That should be a general and neutral topic. "Have you guys been to any other countries? How do they look like? Their scenery? Food?"
