the first day that you didn't send me a letter back i felt weird because you've never been one to wait, but i figured it was all in my head and i was being stupid. then the second day passed.. and the third day… then the fourth.. and then six whole days. you know that i've sworn off writing to my parents after what they did, but i was going to write them to drop by the manor and see if you were okay. as if they'd actually read anything i'd write to them. your boyfriend alexei came up to me in the middle of writing the letter and said that you're still writing to him because the two of you are together. i didn't believe it. i still don't believe it. i can't believe you'd choose someone like him. i don't see how you could possibly be interested in such a pompous, sniveling fu
