"One more shop it is!" she smiled. "Okay crew," she knew Lindsey might know this information from older siblings but the other two surely didn't, so she would educate them on the world that was Hogsmeade. "Here's a rundown of our choices...although if we don't get to one you want, then I say we just have to make another adventure to our secret passage and come back again." That sounded like the best case scenario to her because it also meant more time with her friends.
"Now there's Dervish and Banges that sells medical supplies," which sounded boring perhaps to some but she wanted to go there sometime...maybe she could convince Clifton to come sometime. Her interest right now rested in being a healer. "There's a clothing store called Gladrags Wizardwear. Two pubs, The Hog's Head and The Three Broomsticks. There's a tea shop called Madam Puddifoot's. Of course there's Hogsmeade Station where the train comes in." She paused as she thought of what else there was. "There's an abandoned building called The Shrieking Shack and that quill shop...." she paused to think of the name. "Scrivenshafts," she nodded. "Now my vote, although open to other suggestions, is Zonko's Joke Shop."
She tooked to the others, curious what they wanted to do. But Zonkos sounded the most fun, especially paired with the candy store they just explored.

"There's a joke shop?" Clifton could hardly imagine what a magical version of that would look like. Come to think of it, he never even been in a non-magical version of a joke shop, but you couldn't go wrong with a name like Zonko's. "Sounds like fun to me. There were these kids on the train that threw a dung bomb at Alexa and I and some other first years. I wonder if that's where they got it. Not that we need a repeat."
He nudged Alina playfully. "Good thing you didn't meet me that day. It was gross."
"But what do you guys think? It's a long trip back, so we might as well hit a place we all like."
Honestly, Clifton would be happy with any choice. It was all new to him and each place Alina had listed had its own flavor of interesting. Plus, he had a pocket full of amazing candy and three fun friends. He would've been content to be there all day, if it wasn't already ending. Still, if they got in trouble, it would be well worth the detention.
"Either way, I second the idea of coming back again. It's nice having most of the place to ourselves."
I do all my own stunts, but never intentionally.

"Oh boy, I don't know if it's wise to take you into a joke shop," Alina teased and smiled as she looked to Clifton. "I mean, I KNOW you. I know what you're capable of..." she thought of their trophy room escapade, "and your last name is TROUBLEfield. Then again, it's probably good that Clyde always has some tricks up his sleeve," she whispered, coming closer to him and smiled. She leaned up, kissing his lips quickly so not to be awkward for the other two and pulled back.
As they entered, this shop was just as colorful as the candy store with shelves of bright boxes along every place they looked. Many of the displays there were moving, showing what the product was capable of whether it was disappearing ink or something that created sparks. Alina had never been in a joke shop before and didn't know what to expect so this was all as new to her as it was to the others she was with, unless Lindsey had some previous experience. She looked up at the elaborate lanterns that hung from the ceiling while her friends filed in to explore.
Frog Spawn Soap...Nose-biting Teacups, Hiccough Sweets. There was such a variety of interesting items.
