The tent was... interesting, to say the least, on the outside. The entire tent had a string of playing cards covering its white, red and black, stripped exterior. On top of it, there was a large, broken tea cup. On the outside, it was, to put it lightly, tiny. Anybody who wished to enter would be made to their legs, kneeling, trying to push themselves through the child/pet sized entry.

If they actually bothered doing that, they would find themselves in an especially large tent, with, when faced from the direction of the entry, could be observed as to having two bunk beds, one at the right corner, and the other at the left corner, both corners being the ones in front of them. There were two bean bags at the right of the tent, which were coloured blue, white, orange and yellow. A round table was placed in the middle of tent, and it had an already-built house of cards on it, alongside several cups of tea. The seats surrounding said table looked like large, oddly coloured top hats. If entrant looked hard enough, they could find small, fanged smiles scratched onto surfaces all around the tent.

The top of the right bunkbed had blue, white and yellow bedsheets. The bottom of that same bed had green, yellow, grey and blue bedsheets. The top of the left bunkbed had magenta, purple, pink and yellow bedsheets. The last bunkbed, the lower bed on the left, had red, brown and yellow bedsheets. Each bed was decorated with countless pillows and cushions, which all matched the colours of the bedsheets of the bed they were placed on.

If the entrant remained, and walked forwards, they would find themselves in a short hallway, which offered them 3 rooms. Two of those were bathrooms, and the last was a living room.

Bathroom 1, upon entry, would play a triggered sound, which sounded like exactly 6 alarm clocks, all going of at the exact same time. If the entrant survives that, they would find themselves in a fairly normal bathroom, ignoring the possible hundreds of clocks inside of it. Some are pocketwatches, some are alarm clocks, some are wrist watches, some are hourglasses, some are wall clocks, some are table clocks, and there are even some cuckoo clocks. However, the entrant should be careful as to not trust these clocks and watches; they're all stuck on the hour of 6.

Bathroom 2 is the more normal one out of the two. The only peculiar thing about it is its dark and light blue wallpaper, and the haze which it was absolutely covered by. Any entrants with breathing difficulties are recommended to take Bathroom 1 instead of Bathroom 2.

The living room, to one's surprise, is relatively ordinary. The ground and the ceiling are a bright, slightly light blue, and the rest white. There are several yellow, normal chairs, and there is a large, black table with a gobstone set on it. There are white carnations, anemones, snapdragons, baby's breaths and garden roses growing out of cracks on the floor. Also on the table, there are several cookies reading "eat me", and milk inside of cups reading "drink me".

The living room has a door leading to a dining room connected with a kitchen. The dining room has a very, very long brown table with golden lining. On the table, there are 9 teacups and 3 teapots, as well as several plants, alongside 4 empty photo frames and several plates full of sweet treats.

The kitchen has a colour palette of pink, red, white and black, much like the outside of the tent. Everything is either heart shaped, or has a design including a heart in one way or another. There are no normal glasses, simply white and pink teacups.

Behind her, Autumn dragged a half suitcase half backpack bag. She was looking through tents, most of them already filled with people. She gagged a little at the thought. People, talking to her. People, who she would share a living space with. People, people, people. 20 days she would have to tolerate living amongst some of her fellow Hogwarts students. It, in her very professional opinion, sucked.

Still, she tried to pull a Willow and look at the bright side of things. Willow, one of her childhood best friends, would have told her now that this was an opportunity to meet new people. Willow then would have been shut up by a very introverted, very asocial Autumn. Autumn missed Willow. Autumn missed a lot of people. Autumn had to stop reminiscing and pick a tent.

Looking around, she saw quite a lot. They were fairly regular sized on the outside, but they were far larger on the inside, or so Autumn had been told by the Hufflepuff and Slytherin head of houses, Caradoc Browne and Hjørdis Jensen upon arrival to the stadium. Autumn had no reason to trust either, but also had no reason to not. This meant that she did not trust them. However, they seemed like alright people, and Autumn was pretty good at immediate personality analysis. The two might have had been dating, but whether they were or weren't, Autumn probably would have no idea; romance was not her department. She barely knew the difference between friends and lovers, let alone platonic and romantic affection.

However, she had wasted several minutes walking, absentmindedly looking at tents, and she was yet to find one. She needed to get a move on. Who cared if she did not like her tentmates? Yes, she would be stuck with them, but they would also be stuck with her. She had full capability to make their lives a living hell. Besides, it was only for 20 days. No big deal.

As she finally collected herself, she found her eyes staring at a peculiar tent. It was a tent significantly smaller than the other on the outside. The entry in itself was promising of a challenge. However, Autumn liked challenges. Besides, the red and black colour theme and the playing cards covering the tent suggested that this would be an especially wonderful one.

Pushing through the entry in a manner which lacked both grace and dignity, Autumn entered the tent. Why had the entry been so small? Accepting quickly she would probably never know, she moved on and looked around. At shock, she made a squeaky noise of surprise at the inside of the tent. It was so big. Almost in childlike wonder, she loosened her grip on her bag and ran to the bunk beds. Back at home, she had shared a bunk bed with her younger sister, Naomi. She had always gotten the bottom bunk, and she had liked it. However, right now, the two top bunks, one coloured blue, yellow and white, and the other purple, pink, magenta and yellow both seemed especially tempting. She ran back to her bag, grabbed it by a single strap, pushed it over her shoulder and ran back to the beds. She hauled her relatively large and heavy bag up to the blue, yellow and white bed and climbed up on it.

She moved up and down slightly to see how comfortable the bed mattress was, which she figured out was very. She had begun unpacking when a head popped through the entry.

After the conclusion of classes, one would suppose that a soft and shy child like Aeri would immediately get herself a ticket for a train ride home. Needless to say, Aeri did very much consider going back to her family the moment the headmaster officially concluded the school year. In a fortunate (or unfortunate) twist of events, however, Aeri ended up registered for a summer camp. She was overwhelmed by hints of regret as she followed the path the facilitators told her to go. Into the camp site, she went.

Truth be told, the event did not seem half as bad as Aeri initially thought it would turn out to be. It was a bright and sunny day! The site was filled with people with cheerful and stoked smiles. It was difficult for Aeri to resist being excited herself, even despite her apprehension. The tents all looked fairly inviting, each one uniquely standing out as much as the other. She had heard that she just needed to pick one, settle down, and get to know her tentmates. Easy peasy, they had said. But to Aeri, this was a crucial choice to make. It boggles her mind to no end how other people find it effortless to live alongside people whose personalities differ so vastly from their own. What if she ends up with a tentmate so uncomfortable to be with, or even worse, unpleasant?

At first glance, though, there was no telling which of these tents are occupied with the lot Aeri wished to avoid. She knew she just needed to pick a tent and either revel in (or suffer because of) her decision. While there were tents that were beautiful in their own right, standing tall and magnificent, looking rather lavish and muy grande for a students' camp, Aeri did not care for them. She was more drawn to the tents that, little though they were, looked comfortable and seemed more like home.

One tent, in particular, beckoned her to move forward toward it. It was constructed with a white fabric that seemed to sparkle against the sunlight. Pearlescent was the word. Its entry was opened, but a sheer white curtain veiled its interior. Aeri could still see through the curtain — she saw that the tent had furniture made with white washed wood, and yellow fairy lights adorned the ceiling. What it lacked in size, it made up for in aesthetic.

Aeri attempted to go closer, but she was (almost immediately) blocked by three girls who easily towered over her. "Sorry, this tent is taken." One of them said, with a subtle hint of condescension. They were all in blue chiffon sunday dresses, which was obviously a nod to the house of Ravenclaw. Oh.

Aeri awkwardly stumbled backward and tried to muster a smile, "Sorry."

She wandered away from that beautiful white tent and decided to settle for the first tent that seemed empty. That was easy peasy. She finally found herself another small tent. Very bright red. Oh, and black. The tent also had — are these playing cards? — used as lining. It reminded her of the circus shows she used to visit with her parents. She remembered how she used to love the circuses (before that one time she was told that some circuses had zouwus, which made her swear never to visit circuses again). But, wait. Maybe this is a Gryffindor tent? Aeri did a double take. Hmm, but it is empty. All the Gryffindor tents would most likely be jam-packed by now. She went in.

Oh, how wrong she was! The tent was nothing like a circus. The colors of its furniture danced before her eyes — blue, yellow, pink, purple... so many colors! And the number of teacups! Boy, this was no circus at all. The tent's interior immediately made her feel like she was in one of the muggle books she used to read.

She was quite overwhelmed by the tent's colorful palette that it took her awhile to realize she was not alone. Her tentmate did not seem to notice her enter. Aeri took her bag and proceeded to the bottom bunkbed towards the left of the tent, and said, "Er.. hey. I'm taking this one."

Autumn heard the voice of a girl coming from under her, and her head snapped from her belongings. She turned to the rim of the mattress and ducked her face down to see who it was, only to find Aeri.Technically Aeri was at the game of truth or dare during the first year, and that means Autumn will know what she looks like, I think.

In relief that not only was her tentmate a person she knew, but that it was Aeri, Autumn bit back yelp of joy and appreciation. However, as she greeted the girl, she could not help the glee from being quite obviously laced into her sly, vaguely mysterious tone.

"Aeri, what a pleasure."

She pressed down to the edge of the bed which was towards the ground with her right hand, and lifted herself of the mattress, letting her body fall to the floor, ending in a cliche three-point landing. She again felt grateful that she had been blessed by her father's grace, knowing full well she absolutely could have messed up that landing and gotten injured. How humiliating that would have been. And painful, but that was not the point.

"I think the tent might be Alice in Wonderland themed, both with the teacups and the chairs," she pointed at the chairs and continued, "and the outside, and the bed- nice choice of bed, by the way. Would you do me the honour of exploring the tent with me? Or shall we wait here, in case another tentmate arrives?"
