Aldor kept talking and her face just kept getting redder and redder. This boy, sure was something and she wasn't sure how to react. She was getting tired and it may be nice, but she wasn't so sure. She scooped her sketchbook up and hugged it close to her chest, her headache didn't look like it was getting any better. She went to lay her head but was hesitant, what was she even doing, this was so weird. She could just imagine her dad now getting so excited and her father being like why, no, how dare.

Her hair fell in front of her face as she gently laid her head on Aldor's shoulder. She didn't really want to admit it but it was kinda comfortable. She bit her cheek again, now trying to cope with both her nerves and her headache. She hadn't slept great, it had been a stressful week, and she was really nervous and all combined made her head felt like it was about to explode. She held her sketchbook tightly to her chest, as she laid there. She was tempted to say something but wasn't sure what to say. She felt... safe, she wasn't sure why there was just something about the Hufflepuff boy next to her that made her feel that way.

Aldor would smile, as he remained silent, not wanting to disturb her, he notice that she probably wasn't at her best either, but he preffered to not comment on it.

After a bit Aldor would begin humming one of the lullabies his aunt just to sing to him, he was not really thinking about doing it for her in that exact moment, but deep inside him, he is screaming, asking himself why he offered his shoulder, of course the feel was comforting and nice, but his nerves would be slowly murdering him.

He could not help but imagine his aunt talking about it, and not stopping for days and days, his aunt was always like that, every time he managed to buy something on his own without breaking or asking her to do it was an achivement.

But this was different, even with the thought of it, he just wants to stay there, the feel of her head on his shoulder, it was sort of. . . soothing, it helped him hold on for a while. Now he just keeps humming the same lullaby quietly, trying to stay calm, even when his brain makes him believe that anything could go wrong at this point.

After some time of Tallis leaning her head on Aldor's shoulder, she heard him start humming slightly. It was kinda nice out there, underneath the large tree right next to a the great lake. She played with a strand of her hair slightly, rubbing one of her eyes. As they sat there, she felt her eyes droop slightly, she already felt awkward laying against this boy next to her who she barely knew but falling asleep would be something she wasn't sure she could live down. She quietly watched the water of the lake go against the land, it was calming in a way which didn't help her keep her eyes open.

She bit her cheek and tried to distract herself by playing with the edge of her notebook. It was lovely out here, it wasn't to hot or to cold and it wasn't loud or crowded which she enjoyed. As she went deep in thought, her eyes slowly closed and she relaxed slightly. The tight grip she had on her sketchbook loosened and it slid slightly from her hands. Her hair fell over her face again, covering it once again from the world. She always had issues sleeping at night so she quickly slipped into dreamland, her body happy to rest from her stressful life.

He would smile, without saying a single word, slowly resting his head on hers, this was not awkward at all, was it? He feels fine with this, in fact, he likes this sensation quite a lot, everything about this place was nice, and somehow being with her made this even better, he could not help but feel like being with her made him feel nice, like every worry melted away.

He would remain awake, not planning to move away at any point, he just slept, and for some reason, he feels sleepy again, her presence was soothing, and made him feel very calmed.

He wants to stay like this forever, but he knows that there is not a big chance for that to happen, after all, they just met, and there was an even larger chance that she did not even like him, after all, he was being very awkward, and she seemed like a real nice and kind lady, and probably she did not care about that trivial stuff, even when she blushed when he complimented her, but it probably was because the comment was very out of place, or just because she felt flattered.

Maybe, he should avoid even trying to make her like him.

Tallis had been asleep for some time and for the most part, her dreams had been good until one dream started to happen. It was more of a nightmare in all honesty but she could never figure out what it was. It started out with her just in complete darkness and then bright flashes of light appearing. She would here someone yelling, but was unable to tell if the yell was from a male or female and then she would feel a quick stabbing sensation. This was when she would usually wake up. She jumped slightly, her head colliding with something. She squeaked in fear before remembering where she was and who she was with.

She realized that her head must have collided with Aldor's. She held her head slightly from where they had collided and looked over at Aldor. "S...Sorry Aldor," she apologized quickly, her face going red once again from embarrassment. "I um...," she bit her cheek, "s...sorry." She realized she might of accidentally hurt him so she wanted to make sure if he was ok. "A...Are you a...all right," she asked reaching her hand out slowly to where there heads had collided. She was hesitant at first but for some reason all the awkwardness had left somewhat.

He would smile softly as he turned to her, somehow, his first reaction was to chuckle. ''I am fine- how about you?- did you sleep well?-'' Aldor would look around for a moment, at this point, he became used to the feel of her head on his shoulder, nothing could really ruin this, to Aldor this experience was mysterious and magic, yet, he is still concerned on how other people would react towards his new attitude.

He would not care if other people judged him for changing his mind, and trying to understand such a trivial topic, but he is afraid that all of this might just be an illusion, after all, the fact that they held hands for a few minutes, and then she rested on his shoulder did not mean anything perhaps she just found this as a friendly interactiom.

After all this time, maybe he never really felt anything and it was only his mind playing tricks on him, maybe he should stop thinking about it, after all, the thought is not doing any good to the boy, the only thing he was getting was worry, and his brain screaming at him, telling him to back up, or to forget it, yet, he does not want to.

She held her head slightly from where her head had collided with Aldor's. "I...I'll be al...alright," she told him, stuttering again,"I...I slept al...alright, I um... di...didn't mean to f...fall asleep, s...sorry," She bit her cheek and leaned against the tree. She was pretty sure she could feel a bruise coming on and it wasn't really helping her headache but this wasn't anything new to her. She brought her hand down and started to flip through the pages of her sketchbook, her nerves once again returning. She really hadn't meant to fall asleep on his shoulder but she had and she kinda felt bad.

She wasn't sure why or how she fell asleep, she had always been uncomfortable around people she barely knew so the fact that she fell asleep, on Aldor's shoulder, confused her. She looked out at the Great Lake and sighed, this had been an odd day. She played with a strand of her hair, and looked over at Aldor, what was it about this boy. Why was he different from the other people she had met, maybe it was just her. This year had been so odd, she had made a friend earlier in the year, and now she was pretty sure she had another friend. It was sad but she had made more friends at Hogwarts than she had ever made back home.
