"Oh, so just because I'm a Ravenclaw I should be acting all nerdy, and bury my nose in the books all the time?" The blonde haired ravenclaw replied and Henry bit the inside of his cheek a bit while he started to feel his nerves growing but he kept or at least tried to keep them hidden as she continued"Then, if we are going to stereotype people judging by their houses, I could say I know for sure that you are the prankster! After all, aren't Slytherins usually perceived as the mean ones?"
Henry kept his sly smile as he looked at the blonde haired ravenclaw girl, dead in the eyes and from onlookers he didn't seem like he was nervous or worried but in reality he was. While Henry enjoyed this bickering with the blonde haired ravenclaw girl he also was a bit nervous on what he should say next and panic just a little as he tried to hide it. What should I say, if I should say anything? Should I walk away or continue bricking with her, this is quite fun. Bloody hell what should I do! I never did this before so maybe I should just walk away or continue it, ugh.
While he kept his sly smile to hide the fact he was both thinking and nervous Henry finally spoke "at least Slytherin's are known for their cunning and are expected to bend the rules so when we do it it's no big deal, but when a ravenclaw does it their instantly caught and I thought your house is suppose to be the smart one." Henry paused as he continued his sly smile, I will never repeat that or even think it since I know it's not true and Miranda will probably jinx me for even thinking it, as Henry stood there he tried to keep all his emotion away but it was hard while he also kept his sly smile.
"Anyways, even though you deny it, we both know you are the one who cast the spell. While I enjoyed our chit-chat, I have to go and find some really interesting books and bury my nose in them, like the Ravenclaw I am. I only hope that your conscience, if you have one, will punish you more than anyone else could. Bye-bye!" The blonde haired ravenclaw girl spoke before walking away, Henry spoke quickly while she was still in ear shot of him " you still have no evidence so good luck telling a professor and while I particularly enjoy our conversation I have to as you claim go act cunning and mean in the corner alone like a slytherin, I'm I correct. I just hope your latest troll doesn't earn you a howler soon."
Henry watched as she left his sight when he turned back to his books and noticed that he read them all and couldn't find the charm he needed to learn to prove to his professor that he was ready for more advanced charms. After Henry put all his books away he then asked the librarian where he could found the charm and she informed it was in a book in the restricted section.
While a first year slytherin had a no chance to be allowed a book from the restricted section, Henry knew better through and now he needed a new way to learn the charm he needed to get his professor to teach him advanced lessons. Henry however came up with a solution; he will return to the library at night and sneak into the restricted section to "borrow" the book he needed without anyone knowing. Which would be a cunning plan, sneak into the restricted section at night and learn the charm he needed no one would get hurt or know. Grinning from ear to ear Henry knew what to do next as he now had a plan to get the book he needed, yet little does he know that plan will soon change and an unsuspected person will acompany him.

Later that night, Heather was in her dorm room, absentmindedly listening to her roommates' chatter. Yawning, the girl revised her plan of sneaking into the Restricted area once more: She would leave her room under the excuse of getting a late-night snack- her friends were already used with her nightly routine, so it wouldn't seem strange. Then, she would go to the library and use a spell to open the door- while she wasn't sure if a first-year had the necessary knowledge, Heather was an inventive girl, and she usually found her way around eventual problems. Sadly, though, the only flaw in her plan was that she didn't have any partner- a slight inconvenience, but she could go alone too.
That being said, at eleven o'clock, Heather suddenly stood up, all dressed up in her pajama shorts and t-shirt and announced her friends that she would be going 'off to the kitchen'. Barefoot, the girl made sure to not make any unnecessary sound; she was beginning to get good at sneaking around the castle. This small realization made her think about what a great prankster she would be. 'No one would ever question me, like I suspected that Slytherin boy today. Though, to be honest, he kept his posture pretty well, even when I confronted him- Thankfully, my intuition always helps me read the others'.
In no time, Heather managed to get close to the library. She softly touched her hair that was put in a messy bun- her wand stood there, a little bit awkwardly, but nonetheless safe and sound; looking around the corner, Heather came face-to-face with the library Door; letting out a small 'fantastico' under her breath, the Ravenclaw congratulated herself on going through with her plan. She was so close to breaking into the library!
'Even if I am almost there, I still have to be careful, Heather reminded herself; turning around to look behind her one more time, the blonde girl widened her eyes; there stood someone whom she didn't expect to see any time soon. "What in the world are YOU doing here?!"

Late into the Henry laid wide awake in his bed, fully dressed in his jeans and light blue shirt with his greenish jacket, he had his curtains closed so his dorm mates would assume he was sleeping. As Henry waited for the chatter of his dorm mates to quiet down he started to go over his plan; sneak out of his common room and to the library, the easy part, then unlock the restricted section grate with the unlocking charm then find the book he needed and learn the charm. Henry smiled to himself in the dark as he listened carefully to his dorm mates tucking in for the night. Henry quickly but quietly arose from his bed and out if the dormitory to the quiet common room, he took a minute to ensure he was alone before existing bare foot, he didn't want to get caught because of his shoes.
Henry made his way down the corridor and had the library in his sights. He smiled to himself at his well his plan was going as he stepped carefully to the library door and took his wand from the inside of his jacket pocket. Henry took one final look around before he cast the unlocking charm onto the library door, he squinted his eyes as he saw a figure fast approaching him. Henry quickly hid his wand back into his jacket then lean against the wall as to look like he's been sleep walking but when the figure came into the light, Henry recognized who it was and quickly retook his position by the library door.
"What in the world are YOU doing here?!" The blonde haired ravenclaw girl said, Henry remember he bricker with her earlier in the day and quite enjoyed himself but he wasn't suspecting to ever see her again especially not now. Henry remained calm while he hid his nerves and worries as he said almost instantly after the ravenclaw spoke "what are you doing here? Are you that certain to get me in trouble?"

Dramatically placing a hand on her chest, Heather sighed, shaking her head. "Didn't you tell me today that if a Slytherin gets caught it's no big deal since is expected from him to bend the rules? And now you're worried that I would get you into trouble? Quite the irony, isn't it?"
Even though she might have sounded annoyed, Heather actually felt relieved to find someone else there. She wasn't afraid of getting caught, and if someone would find her she would accept her punishment, but getting into trouble is funnier when you have someone else next to you. Also, the Ravenclaw enjoyed the Slytherin's company, in a strange way- she had never really had this kind of dynamic with anyone else, being so used to her happy-go-lucky façade all the time, so finally taking a break and letting her real emotions out felt refreshing.
Shaking her head, Heather took a deep breath. "Anyways, to answer your previous question: I am here to get some books from the Restricted area. And, before you even think of telling any teacher about this, I just saw you earlier cast a charm on the door, so you clearly aren't here with pure intentions, either. I think we are both in the same boat...this time."
Closing the distance between her and the library, Heather softly pushed the door, which opened with ease, thanks to the boy's spell. A sudden thought crossed the girl's mind. Turning around, Heather eyed her new companion curiously. "Still, my question stands: What are you doing here, uh..."
Realizing that she didn't know what his name was, Heather trailed off awkwardly, rubbing her neck.

Quite the irony, isn't it?" The blonde haired ravenclaw girl spoke which made Henry panicked in fear that she would get then caught but he also relaxed a bit because for some strange reason he enjoyed her company and conversing with her, since he never have thought of bickering or arguing with any of his friends or anyone for that matter of fact, so this change is quite conformting to him.
"Anyways, to answer your previous question: I am here to get some books from the Restricted area. The blonde haired ravenclaw spoke tagine but his time Henry spoke back " sticking to your stereotypical house traits, uh ravenclaw and don't worry about me ratting you out to a professor I wouldn't purposely rat someone out, even someone as obnoxious as you. But I don't know if I can say the same about you ratting me out. "
Henry watched her closely as his nerves and fear started to grow but he at least tried it hide it from the ravenclaw girl who entered the library mostly thanks to his unlocking charm, great now she has some bloody evidence to get you into trouble just breath, he heard the ravenclaw say from inside the library"Still, my question stands: What are you doing here, uh..." Henry entered the library and started to make his way toward the restricted section when he answered her " I need a book from the restricted section for a charm that the professor won't teach me." Henry took his wand out from his jacket pocket and quickly perform the unlocking charm on the restricted section gates, he kept his wand in his left hand as he pushed open the gates so they'll swing open. He then put on a sly smile and gestured a arm toward the gates as he spoke " well, the gate is opened and the restricted section is in your reach for the first and only time, is your stereotypical ravenclaw bubbling like a school girl." He paused for some effect, he thinks as he continued" so how important are these books your looking for to risk detention and your perfect record, ravenclaw."

Frowning, Heather pouted a bit. While she couldn't call the Slytherin boy her friend, at least not right now, she still wouldn't rat him out. "I wouldn't do that either, I am not a hypocrite. If I sneak around and get into trouble all the time, I have no right to judge the others for bending the rules." Answering honestly, Heather shrugged as if she stated the obvious. Though, the boy's words made her go silent for a moment. Did he really think that she was the stereotypical Ravenclaw? Just because she had good grades and wanted some books?
Too busy with her own thoughts, the girl didn't notice the Slytherin's small tint of worry that he quickly hid it. Looking back to the boy as he answered her question, Heather shifted on her feet. He had a fair reason to be there, and the Ravenclaw felt like she would do the same if a professor refused to teach her a spell.
The blonde girl was just about to ask how they were going to open the gates that led to the Restricted area when her companion suddenly cast a spell that swung them open. Raising her eyebrows, Heather let out a small laugh. That was much easier than she expected! Going in first, she curiously took in the unfamiliar area she was in. "Well, the gate is opened and the restricted section is in your reach for the first and only time, your stereotypical Ravenclaw bubbling like a schoolgirl. so how important are these books you're looking for to risk detention and your perfect record, Ravenclaw?"
Closing her eyes, Heather started laughing, shaking her head softly. "Me? A perfect record? Just because I have good grades it doesn't mean that my house didn't lose any points because of me. In fact, they would have lost many more if-" abruptly stopping, Heather felt a small wave of sadness wash over her. Not meeting the Slytherin's gaze, she started looking after the books she needed. "I had some problems back at home and had to cut my year short. Now, I am repeating the first year because I missed too many important lessons- and, because of that, I want to learn as much as I can, at least to make the most of this year."
Turning around to look at the boy, Heather furrowed her brows. "Look, I am tired of calling you 'the Slytherin guy'. Would you be merciful with my curious heart and tell me what your name is?" Asking on an ironic tone, Heather smiled innocently at her partner.

"I wouldn't do that either, I am not a hypocrite. If I sneak around and get into trouble all the time, I have no right to judge the others for bending the rules," the blonde haired ravenclaw spoke which made Henry chuckle a little as he heard the blonds haired ravenclaw continue to speak"Me? A perfect record? Just because I have good grades it doesn't mean that my house didn't lose any points because of me. In fact, they would have lost many more if-"
Henry saw her pause and he also thought he saw a hint of sadness so he made to speak to lighten the mood but she best him to it "I had some problems back at home and had to cut my year short. Now, I am repeating the first year because I missed too many important lessons- and, because of that, I want to learn as much as I can, at least to make the most of this year." Henry stepped into the restricted section but still felt bad for Heather so as he turned on his heels to speak to Heather, she again beat him to it "Look, I am tired of calling you 'the Slytherin guy'. Would you be merciful with my curious heart and tell me what your name is?"
Henry just gazed at her for a few minutes while he tried to hide the fact that he was thinking and also had a ever growing pool of nerves, worries, and also panic as he turned on his heels and start to look for the book he needed but in reality he didn't want Heather to see him thinking or know that he maybe be a bit more nervous or awkward then what he shown to her.
Should I saw my name, if so then just first or last to? But maybe I should say something about what she previous said she'd seemed sad about it like if something horrid happen or maybe I shouldn't say anything because she won't like to talk about it, I mean I don't like to tall about the horrid things that happen to me so maybe she's the same way, so should I say my name or should I move on? Maybe I should, I do enjoy talking to her after all.
As different thoughts started to form and spiral in Henry's head, he bit his lip then hid the fact that he was thinking and also the he was both nervous and worried when he turned back to Heather and grazed at her in the eyes giving a sly smile, he finally spoke in a soft voice " my names Henry and I'm particularly getting tried of calling you ravenclaw so what is your name, ravenclaw?" Henry then paused and went over to a shelf that he started to search for the book he needed when he continued " if I didn't know any better it sounds like your a trouble maker, just like a stereotypical slytherin you would say."

As the Ravenclaw waited for the boy's answer, she noticed that he became suspiciously quiet. Turning around to face him, Heather was about to ask him if everything was alright when he suddenly spoke. " My name's Henry and I'm particularly getting tried of calling you 'Ravenclaw' so what is your name, Ravenclaw?"
Turning back to the shelves, the tall girl hummed as she found one of the books she had searching for. "I'm Heather. You know, like the plant. Though, the funny thing is that I don't really like heathers; daisies are my favourite flowers." Letting out a giggle, Heather thought about the irony of her name.
The girl was beginning to be a bit tired, and usually, whenever she felt like that, she had a hard time focusing on the task at hand: her thoughts were all over the place. This is why, the Ravenclaw almost didn't realize that the Slytherin boy, or Henry as she learned to call him, was saying something. Focusing back him, she listened to his words. "If I didn't know any better it sounds like you're a trouble maker, just like a stereotypical Slytherin you would say."
Glaring at him, trying to look mad, but in reality being playful, Heather grinned. "Earlier today you said I was acting just like a Gryffindor, and now you're comparing me to a Slytherin. Soon, you'll say that I am just like a Hufflepuff and there we go! I show qualities that could fit me into every house, except for the one I'm really in!"
Starting to laugh a bit, Heather noticed that she was really enjoying their discussion. "Even though I can't say the same of you- the way you pranked my friend today screamed 'Slytherin', you wouldn't make a bad Ravenclaw either; after all, you seem to be the pretty studious type."

Henry still had his back turned looking for the book that contained the spell he needed when he heard the blonde haired ravenclaw speak "I'm Heather. You know, like the plant. Though, the funny thing is that I don't really like heathers; daisies are my favourite flowers." Henry turned toward her with a raised eye bow as he watched her giggle after saying and comparing her own name to flowers, I'm I missing something here how was that funny, Henry turned back to search for the book he needed when he heard the ravenclaw girl or Heather, as she said her name was, speak again"Earlier today you said I was acting just like a Gryffindor, and now you're comparing me to a Slytherin. Soon, you'll say that I am just like a Hufflepuff and there we go! I show qualities that could fit me into every house, except for the one I'm really in!"
Henry smiled, he really was enjoying their conversation and especially talking or bickering with her even through their conversation sounded more like a arguement Henry still enjoyed it. Henry spotted a book that he thought was the one he needed but a closer look told him it wasn't so with his back still facing the ravenclaw girl or Heather he said " From what I seen you would make a good hufflepuff with your stone like loyalty to your friends so much so that you approach me with no evidence and assume that it was I who jinxed your friend."
"Even though I can't say the same of you- the way you pranked my friend today screamed 'Slytherin', you wouldn't make a bad Ravenclaw either; after all, you seem to be the pretty studious type." Heather spoke while Henry had one hand on the spines of the books while he was going row by row looking for the books he needed. Henry gave a sly smile but he also was a bit nervous and sort of worried two things that he kept hidden from the blonde haired ravenclaw, as he spoke in a soft, quiet tone of voice " thank you for admitting that because the sorting hat seriously consider putting me in ravenclaw and at first I've been sad that he didn't but now I'm sort if relived that I'm not in a house with someone as obnoxious as you."
Henry smiled widely as he found the book he needed and pulled it from the shelf, he started to speed read the book when he spoke " and any idiot could have casted that spell, including a ravenclaw. But anyway why risk the chance of getting caught for a couple of books, what do you have to gain from those books that you need?"

"From what I've seen you would make a good Hufflepuff with your stone-like loyalty to your friends so much so that you approach me with no evidence and assume that it was I who jinxed your friend." Smirking at Henry's words, Heather shrugged. "Well, my father was a Hufflepuff- so maybe I inherited the loyal trait from him. Either way, I hate being quiet when I see my friends hurt, or anyone else, as a matter of a fact."
As she picked another title she had been searching for, Heather checked her mental list: She had found two of the three books she wanted to get, and the last one should be around here, too. As her eyes skimmed over the shelves, the Ravenclaw also listened to Henry talking. "Thank you for admitting that because the sorting hat seriously considered putting me in Ravenclaw and at first I've been sad that he didn't, but now I sort of relieved that I'm not in a house with someone as obnoxious as you."
Turning to look at the Slytherin, Heather feigned being offended. On a dramatical and quite jokingly tone, she spoke up. "If you wouldn't be a sly child who doesn't own up to his mistakes, you would find out that I am quite charming to be around! And that's a shame, I would have enjoyed annoying you every single day!" Grinning, the tall girl shook her head. "It's not about Slytherins only, one of my best friends is actually housemates with you."
Heather continued, albeit in a bit more serious tone this time. "In all honesty, the Sorting Hat had trouble sorting me too; at first, I wanted to get into Gryffindor, since my father wanted to be one too; he got into Hufflepuff though, so I thought that I could chase his dream. But, as the hat spoke to me, I realized that I didn't have to follow other people's dreams, no matter how much I love them- I should follow mine." Stopping for a moment, Heather faintly thought about her father, a sense of nostalgia taking over her.
Snapping out of it, she decided to answer to Henry's last question and resumed smiling, even though she forced herself a bit to do so. "As I said, I want to learn as much as I can, and these books have some advanced spells and potions inside. If I am going to repeat this year, even the lessons that I have already learned, the least I could do is to study something else in exchange. I have a lot of friends in my second year, and a small part of me worries that I will lose them, I think. So I try to keep up as much as I can."
Letting out a small bitter grin, Heather turned her gaze back to the books. She didn't know why she told Henry this; she didn't like showing her fears in front of the others, and she barely knew the Slytherin, but she felt slightly better as she let the words out.
