The bell had rung as Emmlet was heading back inside to the great hall for lunch. Her crows who now won't leave her side stay perched on her head and shoulder. Violet, on Emmlet's shoulder, Peirce on Emmlet's head. Emmlet smiled as she walked through the corridors, her two companions sitting calmly. She could tell others students were deliberately avoiding her, Just as I expected... She thought. People really do see crows as bad luck or bringers of curses. She walked calmly and sat in her seat, other gryffindors scooting over not making eye contact. Other students from Slytherin, a few older years, kept staring and whispering.
Emmlet sigh and waited patiently for food to be delivered. A few minutes later the food is there, she picked some bread, corn, and meats for brother her and her companions. "Here Violet, eat some corn. Peirce you too." She said softly to her birds, and tapped her arm for Peirce to perch there instead of her head. As the birds ate from her plate, Emmlet chewed some chicken meat. A few minutes into the meal, she noticed more people staring. Then a loud voice. "Hey! Why are you bringing those nasty bad luck birds in here?!" The voice echoed and Emmlet turned around hoping to see who just insulted her birds. But she couldn't figure it out.

If you want to be the voice who called out, be from a different house than Gyffindor, and preferably a year older, or not I don't mind. Also don't forget to sound mean, i'm looking for enemies to friends. It would be cool if you were the person watching me at the Quidditch field. like You followed me. Or not you could just be another student
