revisions & payment - once a preview of your finished product has been sent, you may request any changes within seven days of the receipt date. payment is due only after all revisions have been finalized. the final product will be delivered via Owl upon receipt of payment.
potato peels - payment by potato peels will only be accepted if the customer is a first-year.
portfolio usage - all products may be used as examples in the shop or for promotional purposes.
order confirmation - if you have not received an order confirmation Owl within 3 days, please contact me regarding your order.
order slots - a maximum of 5 orders will be accepted at a time. once all slots are filled, the shop will be temporarily closed until space becomes available.
no copying or reselling - copying, redistributing, or reselling any of the products is strictly prohibited.
credit required - please credit the shop when using any product publicly.
patience appreciated - especially with code, I may ask several questions to ensure everything turns out exactly as you envision. thank you for your patience!
discounts - discounts will be considered if the customer mentions them in their order form.
late edits - edits requested more than 7 days after delivery will incur a fee of 5 sickles per change.
acceptance of terms - by filling out an order form, you automatically accept all conditions stated above.
