Character Special Race/Talent: Seer
Amber has had the ability to see into the future since she was a little girl. This extra skill has perhaps saved her Muggle family on more than one occasion. It was weird, as many Seers came from magical families, but Amber was Muggle-born. It was very rare to possess the Seer ability, let alone from a Muggle-born!
When Amber was six, her mum took her to the shops to get groceries. Amber suddenly had a vision: there was a car crash on that road. “Mum, I don’t think we should go that way,” Amber had told her mum. “There’s been a big car crash.” Amber’s mum drove a different way to get to the shop instead.
On the radio, the reporters were talking about a large crash on the same road that Amber had envisioned. “How did you know?” Amber’s mum asked, astonished. “I saw it,” Her daughter answered simply. Her mum shook this off, thinking that Amber must have seen the flashing lights.
Another time, Amber was with her dad in the toolshed next to their house. She saw that, in a few minutes, her dad would hammer his thumb. Amber told her dad, but he said she was being silly and that he would be fine. Defeated, Amber sat down against the door. A few minutes later, her dad yelled with pain. Sure enough, he had hammered a nail into his thumb, ignoring Amber’s frantic warning.
There were other visions like these, but none were weirder than the vision Amber saw on the morning of her eighth birthday. As her mum brought the birthday cake out, she saw that one of her brothers would fall on the cake. Amber asked her mum to wait. Her mum kept walking towards the table anyways, and her brother, who was pretending to fly, ran into the cake.
Furious, Amber scolded her mum. “I asked you to wait! I saw this happening!” Her mum has trusted Amber’s warnings since, but her dad did not, believing it was an accident and it was not real. After all, they were Muggles, they did not believe in nonsense like magic!
But the biggest vision Amber had was early in the morning, the morning she was going to receive her letter. Amber had seen a man walking towards her home. This was normal; the post officer was probably just delivering the mail. But the man was not wearing a uniform, instead he was wearing a poncho, bright pink bloomers and vividly yellow clogs.
Perhaps this stranger was going to break in? Amber thought. Worried, she raced downstairs to alert her parents. Like her dad did only a year ago, the laughed it off and said she was probably just dreaming. But all morning, a look of worry was on Amber’s parents faces. When the man Amber had seen in her vision knocked on their door, her mum and dad opened the door. He was wearing exactly what Amber had seen him in; the same poncho, pink panties and yellow clogs.
Character Backstory:
Amber grew up in a cliffside cottage in Holyhead, Wales. Ther, she lives with her mum, dad, and her five brothers and sisters. Amber did not know she was magic as she comes from a Muggle family. She only knew after she received her letter of acceptance to Hogwarts, delivered to her by one of the school’s professors.
Amber’s mum, a muggle woman named Allie, chose to stop working to raise her children. She was always there for Amber, and she would miss her mum when she leaves for Hogwarts. Amber enjoys cleaning and cooking with her mum.
Amber’s dad, a muggle man named Gregory, is a fisher. Amber did not know her dad as well as she knew her mum but loves him all the same. Gregory is a firm believer that magic is not real, and it is a whole lot of tomfoolery, even after Amber was given her letter.
Amber’s siblings – Joshua, Gracie, Gwen, Sarah and Larry – are all younger than her. They all share her mousy brown hair, but not her piercing amber eyes that she is named after. Amber’s sisters, Gracie, Gwen and Sarah, play things like dress up and tea party together. Joshua and Larry like to pretend to play laser tag with their oldest sister. Amber was really sad to leave her siblings but was excited to learn magic.
First Instance of Magic:
Amber experienced magic first when she was ten years of age. She was inside, reading, when the bookcase she was next to fell. It was about to land on her, inches away from crushing her, and Amber put her hands up to brace herself for impact. But it never came. Slowly and unsurely, Amer removed her arms from her face and looked at the bookcase. It had not fallen. The bookcase had frozen in midair!

Character Backstory: She lives with her father’s girlfriend who’s basically her mother. She’s a kind and caring woman who gladly took her and her brother in. She raised her after her mom passed and her dad did as well within the last year. Her mother sadly passed away from dragon pox and she arrived for treatment too late thankfully no one else in the family had caught it. Her father however died a Muggle death in an insane car crash. Her parents had been split since she was 6 as her father had a new girlfriend. She swapped from house to house weekly and was excited to finally start Hogwarts, as it mentioned she would no longer have to be put in between her two parents. As much as they tried not to, she and her elder brother were always pinned between choosing sides. Her mother was a pure-blood witch and her dad knew but never told her so she did not know magic till she was 10. She has an older brother named Aris who is 13 and in his 3rd year at Hogwarts. He has helped raise her and taught her things as she got older. She and he are very close and he also attends Hogwarts and is a Gryffindor. She has a very wonderful and kind family
First Instance of Magic: Cassiopias first instance of magic was she was 8. when her and her brother Aris were playing together. He started teasing her as a sibling does. However he made her so mad that she freaked out. She started screaming causing things to float and launch across the room. Aris ran for his mother and she eventually got her to calm down. Then she made Aris clean the mess up. She did however know about magic before this as aris was 8 when he discovered his magic and he is three years older than her. She very much is a half blood she knows lots about muggle world and the magic world.
Physical Description: Tan skin, cool tone green eyes, shorter wavy black hair, double ear piercings, clips in hair, ovally circle glasses, oversized beach style,wears gold jewlery, around 5” she’s tall for a 11 year old!
Mental Description: she’s anxious but very outgoing and she finds it incredibly easy to make friends. she has main character syndrome… And thinks most things are about her but is also the kindest child you will ever meet. She often gets taken in by her upper classmen

Wisteria comes from an old aristocratic pure-blood wizard family. She was born on October 31st in Motherwell, Scotland. From young age she was interested in all kinds of magical creatures. That's also why her favourite book is Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Her special interest is dragon history.
She also has a brother named Phillip, that is one year older than Wisteria. Phillip went to Hogwarts last year, which made her a bit lonely. He is also a very good quiddich player. Because their parents work a lot, they both like to spend their free time in the library, together reading books or playing near the lake.

Julia now lives in Central London, but she only moved to the UK at eight years old. She grew up thinking she'd attend Ilvermorny School of Magic in the United States and even dreamed about being a Thunderbird, but she had to leave her suburban town in Connecticut when her father, who works for a muggle publishing company, was promoted and needed to live in London for his job. Julia's mother, a pureblooded witch, works as a Healer and got a job at St. Mungo's after moving. Julia was disappointed to leave the house she grew up in, with the backyard she spent all her time in, but she was especially disappointed to live in an urban neighborhood in a city that's known for its poor weather and boring colors. She still misses Connecticut, but since attending Hogwarts she's realized just how beautiful the UK is, too.
Despite her reluctance to leave her hometown, Julia quickly adapted in London. She made friends in her Muggle school quicker than she was used to, the children being curious about her background and odd accent, and she discovered that there were, in fact creatures in England, too! She became especially fond of her neighbor's niffler, who often snuck into her parents' bedroom to snatch her mother's jewelry. Julia made two close muggle friends at school, and hated having to lie to them when they asked why they'd only be able to see her in the summers after she started Hogwarts. She still sometimes owls her parents letters she wants to send to her friends (by post, of course).
Julia has also always dreamed of working in Magizoology. Although she's never had an actual pet, she used to try talking to the deer and foxes in Connecticut, and meeting her new neighbor's Niffler only made her interested in magical creatures, too. She can't wait to take Care of Magical Creatures in her third year.

Suddenly, the fire sprinkler on the ceiling turned on, but all the water was aimed directly at the group of boys laughing at her. She remembers that during recess that day, all her classmates (but her) were pulled aside by teachers she'd never seen before, and after that, they never mentioned the instance again, seemingly having forgotten it. She almost asked her mother what happened, but decided she'd rather be confused than grounded. (The people pulling her classmates to the side were Aurors in disguise to Obliviate the muggles)

She has five family members- well, including herself, it would be six. She has her mother, her father, her elder brother, and her two younger sisters- her brother is six years older than her, making him eighteen to nineteen , one sister is six years younger-making her six to seven , and the other is ten years younger, making her one to two. She had a dog- german husky mix, which was also her moms magic pet- and had okay grades in school. Would get behind on homework, though- it wasn't that she wasn't smart enough for it, it was that she found it boring. She lived in a two story house- her brother already having moved out. She had fed the bunnies and squirrels that lived near her house- though, of course, she never truly interacted with the skittish creatures.. Well, it was fine with her.. Though, being stubborn, she tried to read up on how to tame animals.. Didn't end up well, and the squirrel fled. After that she was only able to feed the bunnies and new squirrels that came.
