The Perfect Breeze
Alice stretched as she was done with her heavy load of weekend homework. Sighing, she started packing slowly while looking over her finished essay to spot any mistakes. And turns out only one spelling mistake. Corrected... and done! "Alright... let's check again..." She mumbled, then ran over her page of homework each day. All done. Brilliant. Alice stuffed her Transfiguration textbook and quill into her bag. She looked around the common room and found that she and the other 5 Gryffindors were the only ones left in the room. Even Aurora had left for the Great Hall for a late lunch already, since she had Quidditch training at noon. Alice checked her watch. Nearly 2 o'clock, she thought. Great time to have a walk in the Grounds with Aurora!
Alice had already finished lunch, so she went downstairs to the Great Hall to find Aurora. She ran down the stairs and met her other friend Henry. They waved and Alice walked into the Great Hall. She found Aurora sitting with Olivia, Alfred, Serena, and Claire. Serena and Claire are her friends, too. "Hey, everyone! How's Quidditch practice, Aurora?" said Alice, as she jogged towards them. "Hey there, Alice! Quidditch was nice, just a Bludger slamming into Janet, but she's fine. Leo is getting better at scoring now." Aurora replied with her mouth full of food.
Aurora finished her lunch, then all of the group went outside on the Grounds. Henry and James joined them outside. Claire even brought her pet cat called Mochi and it skimmed along the green grass. The breeze was comfortable — it was perfect. They played with an enchanted frisbee for an hour or so, then went back to castle for lessons.
