How do I quote two people in one message?

What I do is quote one of them, copy the whole text, then leave and quote the other one and reply to them. Then paste the copied text and respond to that.

Can I play Vivi's biological sibling as an iNPC for Beauxbatons, if I write it out such that he shifts to France to live with his aunt before his FIoM? I believe I can He is two years younger than Vivienne, and hence would attend two years later. Would I have to mention the change in her backstory, and then reindex, or is it not required for such kind of change?
Also, if I do, can Vivienne and the iNPC roleplay with each other?

Yes, your iNPC can be any relative as long as the residence change actually makes sense. You would have to re-index, and you can also roleplay them with each other!^^

I think you could do that. But specify that your inpc is form this school and sending from there for poeple don't get confused pls correct if wrong staff

You could RP your iNPC in their own school's forum sending the letter, or you could write the letter itself in the Letters forum, but iNPCs wouldn't have access to Hogwarts' Owlery unless they were here visiting during summer camp or one of the ball dates.
