Is the phone like completely broken? Because I once dropped my iPad on the floor (I tripped) and the screen and everything was cracked but I could still sort of use it with a mouse until I took it to be fixed.
And I'm sure that you can draw/paint/create art that's amazing after this incident too (once you get your phone fixed). You got this!

And you haven't been mishandling it at all! If your brother was the one who did it, tell your parents that!
And maybe talk to your brother about it not happening again? Well, ig if he's really young that wouldn't work but if he was just being like risky with it (like tossing it in the air (which is what a friend of mine used to do before she broke the phone)) then...
