	Elara listened as Alfie took back what he had said about the fog. A small smile appeared on her face. "I don't think anyone expected it to get this bad." He went on to explain why turning the boats around might be safer. Elara hadn't thought about the things beneath the water. If there were rocks or anything else in their way, they wouldn't be able to see them through all this fog. "That makes sense," she said. "It would be hard to know where we're going." The fog had covered most of the lake by now. The other boats were still nearby, but their lights looked much dimmer than before. Even the castle was gone from view. When Alfie asked what she meant, Elara thought for a moment. "I just meant that it appeared really quickly," Elara said. "The lake was clear when we started moving. Then there was that light under the boats, and the fog came after." There were probably things in the lake that she knew very little about. She wondered what was down there and how much of the lake they could actually see from the boats. She couldn't help wondering if the light had anything to do with the fog, but she had no idea. "Do you think something in the lake could have caused it?" she asked.

Bella laughed as Xio pushed out all her questions in one breath. Placing one arm on her shoulder, she chuckled.

"Let that poor guy breathe, Xio. Lucian, feel free to answer as many of the questions as you want!" Bella grinned. "That's Xio for you -- master of asking questions. Oh, but just one question from me? Lucian, where are you from? I'm Irish, but I'm from London, England. I'm a half-blood, but I was almost completely raised like a muggle until recently. What school did you go to before Hogwarts? Well, I suppose that's two..."

Bella drifted off, looking at the side of the boat, which was already covered in fog. She closed her eyes and took a tired breath before continuing.

"Oh, does anyone want to play never have I ever? It's basically a game where one of us says something we have never done. And if you have done it before, you put one of your fingers down. You start with ten fingers, and the last one remaining wins. For example, if I say "Never have I ever traveled to another country." And if you have traveled to another country before, you put a finger down! It's a game I used to play with several of my muggle friends!" Bella exclaimed excitedly.
