I used to fall and lot and get back up XD Thats why im the ringleader, i stay on the ground XD
I was thinking, I may have to get permission to make sure its all good with the mods, but I was thinking we can plan a Hogwarts Circus Event?
Im thinking like, we can set up "stations" and as we get numbers in the club then we can all split up and "perform" for Hogwarts students (basically a multi-branch-RP)?
Like we will need numbers in the club first, then split up "acts", then do a bunch of brainstorming to make sure its a fun experience for everyone

Ooh! That's a great idea! Like it can also be an errand sort of thing maybe, but the mods can give the money. Or maybe it is like just an event? But then perhaps not enough people will do it or see it...like the 100 Days of Christmas there was 3 stations and a main sign-up post, right? So maybe something like that?

I was thinking making it more kind of (Unofficial) Hogwarts Circus, something we manage/mod. I mean, I'll probably manage the "main" station posts but the members in the club would be the ones interacting with the students, ya'know? We can have a competition but I worry about like fairness and trades and stuff, I don't know, I'll need to plan it out better XD

Hmm…that’s a great idea! if you would like, we (the members of the club) can plan it out with you!

If it is a carnival should there be game booths? Like there were always these tents of games and stuff, but we would need people to run it… and we have to figure out how that is going to work

That's what I wanted to ask the mods, to see if we need to do roll checks for like actions, like for example:
-Rp station for Ring Toss game booth
>Student A walks up to ring toss game booth - Rps
>We offer them 3x rounds to throw the ring in the form of RP, (now the question, can we just do normal checks which I know how since I used to be a D&D DM, or do Mods specifically have to run them. I'm trying to get a cohesive list together so im not bombarding the poor mods)
>We either decide if they win a prize (based on their roll checks that we run) OR (based on what the official Mod requires)
Overall, the idea seems simple enough, but again, need to get a list together and make sure we're not wasting their time XD

LOL yes we have to think it through and create a plan before doing it and I'm glad that you are running bc I have absolutely zero experience in like D&D or rolling the dices and stuff like that hehe

But wow...that plan you just made sounds very specific! What do you mean by normal checks, though? Like what number they roll?

Wait, let me just check something. If I click the dice button and "roll" the "dice", what would happen (I never tried it before actually):

Ohhhh...but can't people just edit the dice rolls? I mean if its the honor system that works but just double checking.

Yeah the chat function has the dice roll option BUT i think the mods use the one that is built into the discord? Again, another thing just to clarify with the mods once we get a list together XD also, we gotta be sure to clarify that the "performers" are not their actual title, its just like a "nickname", we wouldnt want a student coming up to station expecting Riley to swing by or Nessa to pop out of a box or something XD - edit: I fixed it on our sign-up page that Roles are just nicknames XD
