Okay quick question, the wizard/witch that brings a muggleborn their letter to Hogwarts do they take that kid to diagon alley too? I assume it's a yes but wanted to make sure

I would go with no, because we try to request that Muggle-born students keep the professor who brought them their letter anonymous to avoid godmodding, and there's no evidence of anyone except Harry being escorted to Diagon Alley in the books (e.g. Hermione). Adding them to a Diagon Alley trip is making it less vague and there's a higher chance of godmodding the character. I'd recommend just stating that it was explained to your family how to access Diagon Alley, or if you really want to RP someone accompanying you, you could reach out to professors and see if any of them might allow you to mention their character.

Per this description, I’d say it’s fine. It does say a trunk’s worth of items, so, yes.
