Last question and I mean it, I’m so sorry for making you answer at ungodly hours. Do debuffs get accounted for as the last thing in the order of operations?
Per our order of operations, debuffs are indeed accounted for last, meaning they effectively apply starting the next round. The exception is Quick spells like the Trip Jinx.
