Granted but now we all have OCD
I wish I had infinite money that I can spend however many times I wanted to, without limits and have it all on one card and it stays there for as long as I am alive which will be at least 80 years. I am not allergic or deformed in any way and when I use my money, the world stays as it normally would if anyone bought something. There is no other dimension or timeline in which my money only exists there or an alternate reality. It is in my card, with this me and in this time and this dimension. I can spend it on whatever I like without getting sick or having any mental or physical changes. This money also has to be legal and I have an infinite of money compared to all other humans rather than animals or insects as they do not have any money.
