"Sure" answered Laura to the question. I bet we'll have lessons together at some point or another. Maybe we will have charms potions or transfiguration together. Hey Jessica so what do you still need a buy I still need a wand viles and a scale. Maybe if I have enough gallons I can buy myself an owl I would buy myself a snowy owl and name her maybe snowflake or Oreo but that would be a black or brown one then maybe I can buy a sreech owl and name him tootsie. I could also get a different pet like a cat rats are to boring and so are toads. I would get a ginger cat and call her or him maybe fire or Star. Maybe I could also get a white cat and call her or him maybe snow or something else. I really like animals you know. What are you most looking forward to doing at Hogwarts not like what you looking forward to happening but like looking forward to learning spells or maybe sneaking around Hogwarts at night. I personally I'm looking most for you to learning spells and potions. I hope my house whatever house I get shorted in to wins the house or Quidditch cup.

Jessica felt really relieved at her answer. A small smile appeared on her face, and the nervous feeling she had been carrying seemed to fade away.
“Potions and Defence Against the Dark Arts are my favourite lessons,” Jessica said with enthusiasm. She had always found both subjects fascinating, particularly the notion of brewing magical potions and learning how to defend herself against dark magic.
A rather curious thought came into her mind after a moment.
Jessica asked, "Do you know of any other special facts or secrets about Hogwarts? I mean, if there are any," her eyes shining with curiosity, " Because you come from a pure-blood family I'm sure you've heard some things about Hogwarts that I've never even imagined!"
She softly giggled and was already thinking about the mysterious stories she might hear.
While they were walking, Jessica looked round at Diagon Alley, noticing the colourful shops and the odd magical objects around her; everything still seemed so new and wonderful.
They soon reached the place where they were to go next: Potage’s Cauldron Shop.
When Jessica looked at her shopping list she smiled at the next item.
“Cauldron!” she murmured excitedly.
Approaching the shop, she wondered what sort of cauldron she would require for her Potions lessons.
A new part of her time at Hogwarts was about to start.

Well no not really answered Laura. Well there's supposed to be a secret room or something in the 5th floor I think. They entered the shop and got their cauldron and vials and scales. It was really heavy. She puther books and other stuff into her cauldron. Laura said ,"after we are finished shopping we can go to the leaky cauldron it is a kinda restaurant but first we need to buy our other stuff. I also know some of the secret passages and I once Red something a bout a chamber of secrets or something like that. Well anyways what do you still need now that I have got my cauldron vials and scales I just need a wand and ......
Laura thought of what she had gotten " Hmm a remeberall all my textbooks I have my cauldron vials and the scales only need a wand and her robes of course she had got them and she had her gloves pointed hat and her winter coat. Yeah I only need my wand what about you? I do not think I will have enough gallons for a cat or an owl sadly. But who cares. I have the family owl to send letters.

"Certainly! Let's do the shopping first," Jessica said in a cheerful tone. "The only things I still need are quills, inks and parchments; after that, I'll be all finished!"
Looking at her shopping list, she carefully went through the items that she had already purchased. Only a few things remained, and she experienced a strange combination of excitement and relief.
Jessica asked Laura curiously what else was still on her list that hadn't been bought.
As they walked on through Diagon Alley, Jessica gradually began to feel her tiredness overtaking her; for a long time now they had been moving from shop to shop, carrying with them books, robes and all sorts of magical supplies.
She was starting to find her arms a bit heavy, but she didn't mind all the same.
Jessica was tired but still full of enthusiasm, and each shop they looked at seemed to show them a new and interesting aspect of the wizarding world. Above all, she was pleased that she wouldn't have to make her first visit to Diagon Alley by herself.
She looked at Laura and smiled.
It was a pleasure to have met a friend before I even got to Hogwarts.
Even though only a few things remained to buy, Jessica thought their shopping trip was going to end—but she secretly hoped that their new friendship was just about to begin.

Well on my list there are the same things as on yours so we can buy that and a wand of course I wonder which wand will chose me and then my mother gave me some extra money so we could maybe buy a pet like an owl or something. If I do not have enough money i can just use school owls and we can maybe buy something at the Leaky Cauldron. Laura was very happy to have found a friend before Hogwarts began. I am so happy for the hogwarts express maybe we'll make more friends. I heard it is really comfy in the compartments. Hey Jess can you tell me how you got gallons for your school supplies? I was wondering that the whole time cause i heard you have diffrent money that muggles use? We will leave on the train in about 2 days on the 1st of September I am really excited i heard so much about it and i can not wait to try chocolate frogs and Bertie Botts every flavor beans. I'll show you how to get to the platform. It is not to confusing just a bit of a weird way you get on.

Her curiosity got the better of her. Jessica started imagining all sorts of unusual things.
She pictured a platform floating way up in the sky, hidden in the clouds, with a magical staircase going up to it. Then she imagined it popping up for a few seconds and then vanishing completely.
"What if we have to say a secret code to make it show up?" she wondered.
She also thought, maybe the platform was hidden behind a magical wall, or perhaps there was a spell only witches and wizards could use to get there.
Jessica nearly giggled at her own thoughts.
The idea of going to Hogwarts was getting more thrilling. Up to this point, she had only read about the wizarding world or heard magical stories. But soon, she would be standing on the platform herself, ready to get on the Hogwarts Express.
She glanced at her shopping list, then back at the busy street in Diagon Alley.
She still had a few things to buy, but Jessica was already thinking about the trip she was about to take.

Yes we do have a magic platform but it actually looks like a normal one just the way you get there is different you have to walk through the barrier of platform 9 and 10 sounds weird right anyway answered Laura. You could share a compartment with me if you like imagine going to Hogwarts. Where do we find the quills parchment and ink? I still need a wand i really am looking forward to learning potions and spells. Imagine you can transfigure a normal tea cup into a yummy cheesecake or something else. Or you can duel bad wizards with spells like expelliarmous and flipendo. I personnaly am looking most forward to learning the patronus charm it is used to fight away Dementors. I hope mine is a pretty animal like a lion,wolf or maybe a cute small dog or a horse. Oh and turning into an Animagus that is when you cab turn into an animal so that you can sneak around or eavesdrop personally I would be a cat bird or a dog. Anyways you probably do not know what a dementor is so it is a thing that is black and has a Cloak on it always has its hood on except when it gives the dementor kiss it socks the soul out. It also makes every thing cold and sad.

The idea of going to Hogwarts with Laura made Jessica even happier. She had dreamed about the Hogwarts Express since getting her letter, and now it was actually happening.
Jessica pictured herself on the special platform, seeing the bright red train ready for them. She imagined getting on, finding a cozy spot in a compartment, and sitting by the window as they headed to Hogwarts.
" I wonder what the trip will be like," she thought with excitement.
She imagined watching the scenery fly by, chatting about Hogwarts, and maybe even meeting other new students. So many things could happen.
Most of all, Jessica was relieved she would not be starting this new adventure completely by herself. Having Laura with her made everything feel much more normal and easier.
She glanced at her shopping list and saw that they still needed a few more things.
" Let us go," she said happily. " We need to finish shopping so tha everything is ready for the big day!"

Laura walked on. They were still looking for the shop to find their quills parchment and ink finnaly they got to the shop. They got the quills parchment and ink and paid. There were also so many other things in this shop some of the banned quills too like the quick answer quill and self correcting quill. She wished she could buy one. Maybe we'll make more friends on the hogwarts express train. And I heard chocolate frogs are really good. But it is the card you want from those chocolate frogs. But it would also be funny to taste all the Bertie Botts every flavor beans imagine having bogie flavor or vomit flavor. Hey I think we are almost at the leaky cauldron. Let me just count my gallons. Laura counted her money she had 10 gallons left. Hey Jessica we can still eat something at the Leaky Cauldron. What about a piece of cake each or we could go to the ice cream parlour and each get an ice cream. They wrnt to the ice cream parlor and bought 2 ice creams. Oh those are good said Laur. It's time to go home. See you on the 1 September Jess!

After saying goodbye, the two girls went their separate ways, heading home. Jessica walked through the busy streets, carrying her new Hogwarts supplies, but her mind was already elsewhere.
She kept thinking about when they would meet again at the station.
The idea of being at the platform for the Hogwarts Express made her feel excited. She pictured the bright scarlet - red train, steam puffing into the air, while students rushed around with their trunks and owls.
Jessica could not wait to get on board.
For the first time, Hogwarts didn't just seem like something from a book. It was going to be her new home. She would take magic classes, make friends, learn spells, and discover a world she never knew existed.
She was particularly happy that Laura would be there with her. Knowing she would have a familiar face made the upcoming trip feel even more special.
When Jessica finally got home, she smiled to herself.
The shopping was done. Her Hogwarts things were all set.
Now, all that was left was to wait.
And Jessica had never wanted a day to come sooner."
