What are you and How'd You Even Get In Here?

It was a weekend in September and thankfully, Lily had no homework. But she knew that it was coming. It was her O.W.L year, so that meant drowning in the parchment and not enough sleep. Her brother, Colin, had just done his last year and she remembered how he was with his O.W.L.s she barely saw him at all. But now it was her turn. Lily decided that since it was a beautiful day she would go out in the courtyard and enjoy the sun. As soon as she walked out onto the courtyard, her vision was assaulted by a huge and quite filthy...giant. A giant!!! Giants weren't allowed here!! But as she got closer she had to admit to herself that there had been some rumors last year regarding a teacher and their brother. Elmo Break if she recalled correctly. His brother had been Remy Break....And she had vaguely remembered some students gossiping about the new half-giant that couldn't really pronounce an incantation correctly. But as Lily kept her eyes on him, Lily couldn't help but wonder how he even accepted in the school if he couldn't speak even an incantation. And it looked like he hadn't washed in a month. Scratch that, a year! Lily stopped about 20 feet away from him and gave a wary wave. "Uhm, hello. You must be Remy." She had to look way way up. Her 5'9 height was nothing compared to Remy's. And he was younger than her. Much younger. From what she had heard, he was a second year. A twelve year old!! A twelve year old that was 7 feet tall! That had to be some kind of world record. It hurt her neck, just to look up that much! She felt sorry for whoever had to sit behind him in class.. They would have some trouble writing notes for sure.

What are you and How'd You Even Get In Here?
Why'd you come in here lookin' like that, in your cowboy boots and your painted-on jeans, all decked out like a cowgirl's dream, why'd you come in here looking like that
Remy sat on the stone, the sun warm on his back when a tiny voice of a pipsqueaking mouse squeaked from a far.. far away place. He blinked slowly, his head tilting towards the noise that pierced his eardrums like a needle popping the world's largest balloon.
That girl stood so far out, seventy hundred feet or whatever the equivalence was with math to Giants..
Remy squinted his eyes and grunted. "Y you steend far?" He huffed a bit. She said his name. What a loser. She didn't even say it right. It was 'Reh mee' not 'Reh mee'. There was ABSOLUTELY a difference and the author was not trying to find a way to expand this writing at all.
Remy grabbed the collar of his muddy, mud stained gray t-shirt and dragged it up towards his nose. He sniffed.
A note of garbage and a sprinkling of pumpkin spice. Remy walked forward and grabbed her by her hair, holding it (the hair) up like a hairdresser who was going to be fired on day 1 after spending weeks in cosmology carrying in mannequin heads by their hair. (To clarify, he did not lift Lily off the ground by her hair, just held her hair up from the down position)
Remy looked at her face, she looked like a girl who never once got dirty, and that was disheartening to see, so Remy let go of her hair and walked towards a fresh mud patch that still had a brown puddle of water sitting inside the little crater of a footstep and scooped a handful of mud, hiding it behind his back as he- not so sneakily- walked towards Lily and slapped her face with the mud hand.
"Y me Remy." (Yes)
In loving memory of the greatest and kindest woman. I adore you, and I will miss you, Dolly. My heart breaks for you, for your family, and for the world. You can be with Carl now, as an upside. And I Will Always Love You.
