Atlas couldn't believe her eyes as she watched Professor Jensen annihilate Professor Browne as she covered him in a myriad of colors, taunting him all the while. Being the intense prankster she was, Atlas admired the devious side to her Professor letting out a loud laugh as Professor Jensen added a final boop of white on Caradoc's nose.

Her eyes went wide as she saw Hjørdis running down the hall to escape what was sure to be quite the backlash from Caradoc. There was still some confusion running around her head as she watched several more students running through the hallway creating more mess and chaos. How were the teacher's allowing this? She was almost positive they would be penalized for it, and told to clean up the mess but for the time being she was happy and messy so all was right in the world.

Pulling out a plastic bag of glitter from her satchel, Atlas had been saving for a random prank, she carefully rolled the sides of the bag down before walking closer to Caradoc and the other students. "HAPPY PRIDE!" She called out, taking Hjørdis' instructions she had given to a young boy as a free for all as she heaved the bag over her head watching as all the glitter shot out and fell through the air quickly sticking to her and everyone in the vicinity.

Taking a few steps back from the professor she had no idea what to expect from him but something told her that he wouldn't be holding back just cause they were kids. Considering following Professor Jensen out, Atlas's curiosity couldn't be negated as she died to see what would happen next or if any other mischievous students would find their way here.

It was a little sad there were no mirrors in the hallway, as Atlas wanted to see how unrecognizable she had become but there was still so much more to do and she couldn't let up now she convinced herself as she walked back to the table to pick out her ammunition color for the next battle.

Annie chuckled as she surveyed the sight unfold in front of her. She had luckily managed to escape the wrath of both her HoH and the Slytherin HoH and the "brunette" manned the hose - well she was not a brunette anymore thanks to PIERRE!". The girl screamed and turned suddenly in the boy's direction, surprised by his action. Forgetting she had the hose on full blast she sprayed the boy straight in the face. The Prefect started laughing and dropped the hose to clutch her stomach when she saw his face. "I-I'm so sorry wheeze n-not really that was pretty funny!" She continued to laugh, her stomach now starting to hurt but she managed to answer his question. "What better way to celebrate with paint and chaos?" With the pause of war she narrowed her eyes again before she threw a wet sponge at the boy's face and giggling before running away. She luckily had remembered that hoses weren't magical and if she accidentally left it on she could have flooded the corridors which would have been a nightmare to clean up let alone explain.

Annie watched an angry screaming professor run after Caradoc calling him an oompa loopa which made her snort. "You better run she's on your tail Doc! By the way orange is not your color.." The second year snorted in amusement and turned back to see Atlas who hadn't done a good job at protecting her from Piérre's onslaught but it wasn't her fault. Annie's eyes followed the yellow paint Atlas threw out of a bucket towards the frozen Caradoc as if it was in slow motion before a loud splash was heard, meaning the paint hit it's target. And she thought she was being targeted a lot. The girl stepped back a few paces when she saw Atlas have glitter in her possession Nope not again, I would not like to be turned into a glittery unicorn!". Luckily she didn't have to worry and saw the Slytherin HoH get the glitter over the head. Yikes, glitter is almost worst than getting out of your hair than paint, not to mention it'll be all over her body.."Annie shook her head slightly sympathetic for her. She took a look at her own hair seeing a blue glob of paint and a few specks of glitter fly from her hair. She probably looked like Thing One and Thing Two at this point except for the fact she was also covered in sparkles. What a sight to see, if only she had a mirror.

The girl glanced around for her next target or attacker and saw Alan and Jake run off to another area, tracking messy paint footprints through the corridors. She shrugged, maybe it was better before they ruined their clothing and hair with paint and glitter. A bubble of laughter escaped her lips when she saw the two professors continue to act like children and she could happily say that her Head of House got taken down by Jensen. "Way to go Professor Jensen! I mean- ah you'll get her next time Doc!" Annie had to quickly wipe the grin off her face hoping her HoH hadn't seen or else she would get a talking to later. She rolled her eyes, not too worried because she wasn't afraid of him especially when he looked like a rainbow had attacked him. The Prefect fled from the onslaught of glitter and paint to get to a semi-quiet space where she witnessed a girl slip on the paint slide she had created earlier. She winced before panting out somewhat sarcastically, "W-well I think it's going well?"

The little Ravenclaw stepped back and raised an eyebrow as she looked over her splash of color on the wall. It was... something, that's for sure. It's not the marble aesthetic that she was going for (Though some spots of it did have remnants of the marble swirls). Maybe she should've just painted over them with a paintbrush instead? She scratched her curly little head, wondering if she can salvage her botched paint job. After a couple minutes of some gears turning in her little mind, she accepted defeat and picked up a large paintbrush from the public table. Guess some baking techniques can't be applied to painting walls. A bit of a low-brain revelation, but hey, can't hurt to test such theories, no?

As she started repainting the walls and trying to fix her blotted mess, she heard a voice call out to her. She looked up and saw someone... familiar? Surely, she has seen him before. Or maybe he has a face like that... Nevertheless, after a few stares and squinting from Breana, she was taken aback by what the tall stranger said next. She blinked and looked around, before pointing at herself. "Wh-- Wait, what? Me?" She asked. Maybe this was a sort of Pride Month prank? Maybe the guy had a sorta Pride Month telegram service and he mistook her for someone else? As her mind tried to rack in any decent explanation for this conundrum, all of her possible theories were shattered as the fabulous-looking male locked eyes on Breana.

“Gorgeous.” He said. Is this... Is this real? Did she sniff too much paint fumes? Was she fantasizing about Pericles too much and her mind just conjured this hallucination to help her figure out her feelings for him? The last one may be a bit of a stretch, but right now Breana's trying to grasp at straws as to why someone, most likely older than her, would even talk to her like that. She cautiously held the guy's hand, Chad, shaking it timidly. The poor girl was still shell-shocked, and him being a tangible being isn't helping the Ravenclaw's mind figure out a conclusion to this anomaly of a scenario. "I'm... er, B-breana. Breana Oliveire." The girl stammered.

She felt her cheeks turn into a rosy hue as Chad continued to compliment her on her looks. She wasn't used to such amorous one-liners, much less from a stranger! Still, it'd be rude to just up and leave him, considering they've already exchanged pleasantries. Breana let out a small sigh of relief as the boy turned his attention to her blotchy art project. Finally, she can give her mind a break from all of that mental gymnastics. "Ah... yeah... Someone told me I gotta an eye for it, so..." She shrugged casually, awkwardly rubbing her arm. "And, er... I-- uh... Well, sure, why not?" Breana said, handing him a paintbrush as she grabs another one. She was grateful for some company as she joins in on this event, but with some serial romantic like Chad, all Breana could think about was mentally cursing herself as her young child-like mind is having a difficult time reciprocating witty flirty banter.

Ileen came to a stop not far from Professor Browne. Her clothes were completely soaked with paint in various colors – it already started to feel cold on her skin.
Still prone on the floor, she didn’t even have a chance to make it back to her feet, when the Head of the House Hufflepuff was suddenly covered in dark red paint. And not only the Professor. The back of her body that had been spared so far, was hit by a big splash. A silent and indignant squeak escaped her lips and she flinched as the wet cold landed on her hair. What the heck…?
Even if she was not surprised that she had not gotten away unscathed, she had not expected to lie on the floor - or to get a full load of paint.

She turned and spotted the guy from the party who jumped in to save that disrespectful crazy girl. What was his name again? Ah, she really was bad with names. And again, he seemed to play the hero, this time supporting her Head of House. She, Ileen had just been collateral damage.
When he shouted someone should splash Professor Browne, she couldn’t help but snort contemptuously. Of course, she would always support Professor Jensen, but couldn’t he see that she was like… dealing with her own problems at the moment?

Anyways, the Head of Slytherin didn’t seem to have any problems destroying the other by herself. After freezing him with a spell and rubbing some paint in his face, she literally stormed of and left the battlefield with the children and the one Professor behind.
Before Ileen could figure out what to do next, Dee made her way through the crowed, picked up a can of paint and splashed it pack on the ‘hero-guy’ to take revenge for her. And that was the second time Ileen ended up as a collateral damage. The paint hit her right in the face. “Dee…!” With a gasp the young Slytherin indignantly wiped the pink color from her eyes. “Why…?!

She fought herself to the feet. With a mixture of emulation and amusement, she spun back and forth between the two opponents trying to anticipate the next attack to doge this time. Well - resigned, she looked down on herself. In this case the color certainly hadn't made any difference, since she was already a walking human paint sponge.
Her eyes met the blue sparkling ones of Dee. Ileen was a bit touched that her best friend had immediately done justice to her, even if she had caught her in the act. The brunette Slytherin tried a disapproving look but failed miserably. Probably. she just looked like a colorful poodle. “I had imagined our afternoon differently!” She shouted accusingly through the noise of the battle and gestured at the spectacle that was taking place around her.
But we are in this, together, right?” She gave her friend a cheeky grin and turned to the boy. As far as she knew her fellow housemates, he wouldn't let Dee's attack go unpunished. With outstretched arms she wanted to throw herself in his way to protect her best friend. Apparently, she had learned nothing from her last action. "Don't you dare..." Her feet slipped again and she stumbled straight into the boy like a Ileen-shaped paintbrush, adding pink to her and various other colors to him.

Percival with the bucket of blue paint still in his hands turned towards Professor Jensen. He couldn't help the very small smile light across his face at the other's approving nod.

In his mind, he would do exactly what Professor Jensen had instructed him to do. Destroy the other Professor with another splash of paint. Percival had raised the bucket back again readying himself to throw more paint.

Though the boy didn't get very far carrying out his plan. Suddenly, Percival felt cold paint splash against his shirt. The boy looked down slightly flabbergasted as he watched large globs of baby pink paint drip from his shirt onto his slacks.

Percival's light brown shirt had always been accessible to getting stained. It was one of his favorite shirts, one that he would wear on days when not much was planned. It had been clear by the boy's state of dress that joining a paint fight had not been on his schedule.

The boy gawked as he watched the paint drip down onto his shoes. The boy was covered in paint practically from head to toe. His arms were splashed with the paint as well as contrasting with the color of his skin. The paint had even reached his face where splatters of paint resided on his cheek. The dark blue paint bucket in his hands had globs of pink mixed in.

Percival evidently no longer cared about trying to destroy the other Professor. Instead, his attention turned to the girl who dared to throw paint on him. It did not take him long to realize that he recognized the girl in front of him.

The boy could still hear the sharp twang his guitar had made when the girl had broken his guitar. It seemed like this girl had a specific knack at recking other people's property. Having zero care for other's belongings was honestly a downfall for one's character.

Percival glared at the girl and his hold on the bucket tightened. He couldn't wait to teach that girl some manners. What better way to get back at her then to splash her with paint?

The boy drew his paint bucket backward and lobbed the paint towards the girl. Though at the last moment he watched as another girl ended up running in front of the other.

Percival's eyes widened as he watched as a girl he recognized as a Slytherin threw herself to try and protect the other girl. His dark blue paint hit both Ileen and Dealla equally. The boy dropped the bucket in his hands in surprise. Barely noticing the loud clang as metal struck the stone floor. Percival had not expected the other girl to sacrifice herself for the other.

It didn't register right away that the girl had slipped and stumbled straight into him. Percival stumbled backward before getting his balance once again. Once he had his balance, the boy pushed the other girl off of him but not enough to make her fall over. The paint on the stone floor proved to be slippery, and he would rather not injure the other.

Percival looked down at his now ruined shirt. Once a light brown shirt, now looked like a rainbow had barfed on his shirt. It looked like his shirt was beyond cleaning, but he hoped that the house-elves would be able to save it.

The feeling of paint on his skin and shirt made him want to head back and take a very long shower. It wasn't hard to convince himself mentally to just turn around and leave. The boy was already at the end of his rope, and if he didn't leave he would most likely blow up at the other two. Percival grumbled to himself before turning around and heading back towards the Slytherin Dorm. All the while the boy cared little about the baby pink trail that followed after him.

Her attack had hit, and now the boy looked he was wrapped in cotton candy. As expected, Ileen hadn't escaped unscathed either, but since she'd already been lying in a puddle of paint and also gotten part of the boy's previous attack, Dee figured it didn't make much of a difference anymore that a bit of baby pink had been added to the mix.

Dee watched, a little smug and entirely unrepentant, while Ileen got to her feet, then laughed at her half-hearted complaints. "Yeah, I don't think anyone could have planned for this," she retorted, then gestured both at Ileen's rainbow-coloured, dripping robes, and at her own, glitter dispensing, glitter-glue decorated form including balloons. "We can go back on schedule tomorrow," she suggested, still grinning brightly, and was about to suggest going to lay waste to, uh, decorate one of the classrooms, when two things happened:

First, Ileen took a few hurried steps that would place her between Dealla and guitar boy, and started slipping - again.

Second, guitar boy decided to make use of a second bucket of paint, dark blue this time, but this time, his target was her.

Ileen managed to shield her from about half of it, but there was still plenty of paint left that spattered down Dee's entire front, and one of her balloons, before the brunette Slytherin went crashing into their attacker.
Dee's eyes widened. She should have thought of that! Paint soaked as Ileen was, that was a far more effective attack than any of the other ones. Although - Dealla doubted it had been in purpose, that wasn't really Ileen's style. Her friend just seemed to be particularly clumsy today.

Only after that thought she looked down at herself, shaking her dripping fingers and sending small droplets of pain scattering everywhere. Oh well. Between the glitter and the glue, those had been ready for a laundry turn, anyway.

When guitar boy pushed Ileen away, Dee darted forward to stabilize her, leaving blue handprints on her friend's shoulders. It hadn't looked like a particularly hard shove - Dee was pretty certain he would have put more force into it if it had been her instead of Ileen, but with Ileen's track-record of the day, better safe than certain.

She was, however, quite surprised, when he just turned to leave after that. That was... surprisingly mellow. After he had started yelling at her after their crash in the courtyard, she would have expected a more vocal response. Or another attack. Or something.

But no, he was turning away, and Dee thought for just a second, then grinned and pulled the shaker of purple glitter out of her pocket, and shook it vigorously in his direction. If he was going back to his common room, he might as well leave a trail of glitter, like she did.

Then, she hurriedly turned back to her friend, aquamarine eyes sparkling, and grabbed her hand to pull her along. "Let's go look at one of the classrooms, yeah?" she suggested and was already walking - or running - just in case guitar boy decided to stay, after all.
Leaving towards Herbology, taking @Ileen Knight with her.

"Wh-- Wait, what? Me?"
Chad chuckled lightly, grinning at the blushing beauty in front of him. The girl seemed to be quite out of her depth, although he figured that not many first years ended up in situations like these. Certainly, while some of the kids in his year jumped into the dating game feet first, this generation of kiddos seemed far more naive and innocent. He could feel a sort of empty, hollow pang in his chest as he recalled the freedom and carelessness of his first year, how the world still seemed so big and wonderous. He was two years and six inches taller, now, and many things had changed... but he would make sure that it wasn't his fault that the horrors of the world were shown to the sweet little Bambi in front of him.
"I'm... er, B-breana. Breana Oliveire."
"Look at that, I was right!" the king crowed, a wide smile spreading across his face, stretching from ear to ear. Any time he smiled, he looked even more ridiculous than he already did, with the mustache drawn across his upper lip suddenly distorting from the movement in his facial muscles. "A gorgeous name for a gorgeous girl. Either I'm a genius, or the universe does have some rhyme and reason to it." With a rueful shrug, Chad added, "Knowing me, I'm guessing it's the latter. It's nice to meet you, Miss Oliveire."
"Someone told me I gotta an eye for it, so... Well, sure, why not?"
Taking the paintbrush from Breana, Chad eyed it warily with mild confusion. "I've got to admit..." he said slowly, glancing from the semi-foreign object in his hand to the wall, "when I say I'm an artist, I can do make-up and music, not any actual art." Glancing at the professors and students wreaking havoc around them, Chad had a sudden spark of inspiration, and he turned to Breana with a dangerously excited glint in his eye.

"Okay, hear me out," he said seriously, handing the paintbrush back to Breana. "You're... well, on the small side, so you can't possibly cover this whole wall. But I bet you, I could pick you up and put you on my shoulders... You can't weigh more than, what, 60 pounds? And then..." His hands clenching and relaxing in excitement, Chad said, "You could paint the ceiling! Even I can't reach the ceiling... so it'd be special. You'd be the only person to paint on the ceiling!"

Lifting up an arm and striking a bodybuilder pose briefly, Chad laughed at himself and smiled at Breana earnestly. "I swear, I'm really strong!" he insisted. "And I promise, I won't drop you. I swear my life on it. What do you say, Oliveire? You wanna paint the sky?"

The spell losing its effect and the paint slowly starting to dry was an odd and uncomfortable mix. While most students and one particular professor had left the scene, Caradoc seemed to slowly becoming the last to leave the corridors. Taking one step in the pool of paint around him, he tried to shake off some paint from his hands. His mind lingered on the other professor that had just escaped the war zone. His clear blue eyes staring down the hallway, he wondered about a lot of things. How things had been nice today. Trying to get some paint out of his face he recalled her whispering those words in his ear. She got him good. Even when he thought back to a moment earlier his eyes widened in surprise. The profanity of her statement even taking him aback a little. It was so unexpected.

Turning his head to face those children still around, he grinned. "Looks like today was a good day, wasn't it?" With a confident smile on his face, the man began to slowly clean up part of himself with his wand. His legs, arms, chest and a bit on his face. In about 5 minutes of dealing with cleaning up, the man was only showing a few paint strokes he had missed on the sides of his head and the shirt itself still showed a few marks as well. Nodding to the others, Caradoc casually started making his way back to his office. To any Hufflepuff, they'd realise he was going the wrong way. And if anyone had followed him that day, they'd find him wandering around a long time through the castle before he even got near the common room. Seemingly distracted with other things to think about. Sweet things, that would make him smile and feel odd.

Over the last little while at Hogwarts, it had been virtually impossible for one to have missed Professor Lian’s perhaps over the top advertising of her pride month event. In fact, Elias was of the opinion that there couldn’t be a single student or staff member left in the school who didn’t somehow know of its occurrence. The effort she was putting into it was truly admirable, but alas, decorating the school was not something that interested this particular young raven. He simply felt as if it was causing a mess, not that he didn’t respect the effort she had put into making the event happen of course. It just wasn’t exactly Elias’ cup of tea.

Truth be told, the whole thing may have been more his cup of tea if the twelve-year-old even had an inkling of a clue as to what pride actually considered. Being a twelve-year-old who had never had a significant other, or even thought about dating somebody, Elias was a tad confused by the whole situation and why it was such a large deal. Of course, it didn’t bother him that other people had their various sexualities and such, he just wasn’t always aware of them or what they meant. Perhaps he could find more information about why the whole event was such a large deal to so many people in the libraries many books, or perhaps he could simply ask. That would have to wait for some other time however as at the moment, Elias was in quite the rush.

As he made his way through the hallways of Hogwarts school, Elias couldn’t help but smile at just how much paint and glitter was everywhere and just how much fun everyone seemed to be having. He didn’t exactly make an effort to stop and splash some around himself but the fact that the others were enjoying themselves was enough for him to regard the mischief that was vandalizing the corridors in a positive light.

Turning the corner into one particularly busy hallway, Elias couldn’t help but let out a rather small, audible gasp. It appeared that people had shifted their attention from throwing paint at the walls to throwing paint at one another. If he hadn’t been in such a rush to get back to the Ravenclaw dormitory the boy would have simply turned around and headed elsewhere until the all-out paint war subsided, unfortunately, he had a potions essay that he was in a particular hurry to finish. Suddenly he was a tad regretful of leaving it to the absolute last possible minute to finish it up.

Deciding it was for the best to simply get this over with and accepting that there was almost no way to get out of this unscathed, the wizard stepped into the hallway. Almost immediately the boy was hit by a glob of rogue flying paint, a red splatter appearing directly below the boy's left eye and slowly dribbling down his cheek. Another step and suddenly he was sputtering up a mouthful of glitter that had seemingly formed in front of him from absolutely nowhere. Was there nobody in this castle who could simply let a poor boy get back to his dorms unscathed? Apparently not. Was he going to have to come back out once more after collecting a spare change of clothes so that he could shower and wash all the paint off of himself? Most definitely yes.

Despite his mild displeasure about being covered in both paint and glitter, it appeared almost as if, underneath yet another glob of blue paint that hit him smack dab in his lips, (thankfully his mouth was closed) Elias was indeed smiling. The teeniest tiniest part of the boy that was having fun with this was also hoping that by some miracle he bumped into Thomas right here in this very hallway. Nothing would satisfy Elias more than smacking that boy in the face with a handful of paint. Well, perhaps smacking him with two handfuls of paint would satisfy him more actually. The more paint he could smack the boy with the better.

Once again continuing down the hallway, the amount of paint and glitter that covered not only him but also his robes ever-growing, Elias once again concluded that he would be needing to change his clothes before he got any work done on his potions essay in the slightest. Wiping the paint that had landed on his mouth off, the boy mumbled something to himself about wasted time and how he should have simply headed directly to the library it seemed as if his footfalls got heavier with each and every single step that he took.

Slowly but surely, Elias seemed to be breaking into a speed walk, and then a jog, and then he was running through the halls on the way to the Ravenclaw common rooms once more. Dodging and ducking around flying orbs of paint the young wizard was trying his hardest not to get anymore… mess on his robes or body before he made it back. Unfortunately, despite his haste, that wasn’t exactly working for the boy. He seemed to be becoming more and more coated in not only paint but also glitter. It would be stuck in his hair for days at this rate!

Finally getting close enough to the Ravenclaw commons and out of the thick of the mess and mayhem that the pride event was causing in the halls, the young wizard was once again doing his best to scoop paint off of not only his robes but also out of his hair that had grown substantially longer throughout the entire school year. Letting out a sigh of relief that he had finally escaped all of the mayhem, the boy promptly decided that he most definitely had much to learn about pride, and why it was of so much importance to so many people. Clearly it ran an awful lot deeper than Elias could ever have imagined and he was desperate to find out why. Perhaps he could put that potions essay off just the tiniest bit longer.
