Granted, but it's a stranger whom you can't contact again and hope to meet one day. There will be multiple people to be claiming to be said stranger, but only one person is the one with the notes. If you trust a fake stranger, then you would be given wrong notes written so genuinely correct you wouldn't recognise they're wrong.
