Dear Mother and Father,
Hello Mother hello Father.
I hope you both doing well.I got sorted into Hufflepuff which is a house in Hogwart.The common room is surprising quite nice and I have met my roommate. His name is Ace. He is what you will call extremely talkative.
The train ride here was probably the most strangest part when i was moving into Hogwart. I was fine at the station but once the train actually started moving I randomly started thinking about everything that could go wrong but fortunately nothing went wrong. I think I was mostly just scared because it was the furthest I have ever been from home.
I already miss you,Abby,and everyone at the manor so much.
I miss home too. I did not think I would miss it this much. I keep thinking about my room and all the little things I usually complain about.I will make sure I work extra hard, learn everything I can and hopefully make some friends. I know you both wanted this for me and I do not want to disappoint you.
I will make you all proud. I promise.

He folded the letter carefully making sure none of the ink smeared. He folded it again and slipped it into the envelope.He picked up the wax and pressed it onto the envelope sealing it properly.
