Kahira has just ALWAYS been Kahira for me; the character actually sprouted around the name! But her original middle name was Alice, so I'm going to have to go with that! (or Alicia or something similar)

Ooo good question. I would say Kimberly. I’ve just always liked the name and anytime I had to come up with a name I would go with Kimberly.
