Beginning of a New Adventure
After the Sorting Ceremony, Eleanor left the Great Hall and looked around. So this was it; she was nervous and excited, even though her father had told her multiple times what Hogwarts was like before she got her letter.
Eleanor looked around when she came out of the Great Hall. She hoped she'd be able to find another first-year she'd be able to eventually form a friendship with, as they'd share classes and then also get to know each other.
Eleanor also wondered how many other First Years and friends over the next 7 Years she'd make friends with. Would she get along with all of them? Would she make enemies? Would she eventually find love in her 5th Year?
Eleanor wondered how other First Years grew up, and whether they liked the house they were all sorted into. As for Eleanor, she was happy with her sorting result; she felt Gryffindor suited her, as she was often reckless, brave, and usually jumped into situations without thinking, which was something her mother always warned her about. Eleanor wondered if she'd meet someone the opposite of her, or someone who she'd click with right away and someone to call a best friend. She couldn't wait to explore Hogwarts.
