'What a foolish move' Elisha thought as she stares at first girl who had spoken to her. Why did she reveal the true existence of the book when she could have disguised it as a normal book? If it were her she would've admit to sneaking out past bedtime for a lighter reason rather than confessing finding an enchanted book that is definitely shouldn't be with them. What if this person accused them of stealing at the library?

They could expel them, or worse, confiscate the book before she could ever find out what it truly is. Then again, she's the only witness here in the room and there are four of them. Not that she'd be much of help as she hasn't learned any useful spells that can be useful in this situations yet. Maybe the other three would know how to cast a Stunning spell and Obliviate-

'Ah. Wait no.' Elisha backtracks in her mind as she glance at the three people near her. 'Would they even agree to that? Any hesitation or miscommunication would lead to me getting a severe punishment or a call by the Headmaster. Why am I going this far? It's not like I have deeply entangled with them and whatever they are doing. I could just say that I was sleep walking, got lost and stumbled upon them, and was asking directions for the way back.'

Elisha looks over the person that had caught them. Most likely a prefect, based on her confidence and authoritative way of speaking. 'Though, whether she would believe it or not isn't up to me' Elisha sighs to herself as she clutched the side of her night robe. 'Why am I this affected? I feel odd. I shouldn't stay here any longer, I need to rest.'

It was only her first year, she couldn't let her family name be stained with any unpleasant news regarding her time in Hogwarts. Relaxing her hand Elisha turned her back on the book as she took a small step towards the door and stared at the newcomer's eyes. She opened her mouth, ready to cut ties with whatever mystery she had found herself into.

Her hands twitched.

Whole body shuddering.

As a cheshire grin bloomed on her face.

"If you're going to punish us for being curious, shouldn't you at least satisfy your own curiosity first?"
