Philip was born and raised in Narberth, Wales until six, then relocated to Swansea with his family. Maybe your character has crossed paths with him before Hogwarts. As Philip is technically a half-blood, any blood status is welcome. Ideally, your character is from Narberth or Swansea; however if you are from other places and think something can work out really well, please reach out to me as well.

host family > any school any year 1-2 ppl long term ideally in Britain
Your family is a friend or colleague of Philip's father, Takumi. Unable to look after his son as he went on cursebreaking missions, your family took Philip in for a week or so. This took place during late 2022 - early 2023. Ideally, your family lives in or near Swansea, but this can be extended to Britain. Will be a bit picky because it's rather important in Philip's stories!

Merlin! Philip is going to moderate an official international school duelling event. While nobody knows why him, a first year who has not even been sorted, was picked, Philip absolutely knows nothing detailed about how a duel works. Maybe your expert duellist character is willing to help (or laugh at him?).

Philip arrives at Hogwarts for camp, and finds himself fascinated by the Great Lake - maybe your character is also very curious about it, or maybe you are someone who feels like cracking a joke and makes up some stories to trick this firstie?

The Sorting Hat is never wrong, they say, but Philip firmly believes that it is (okay, maybe not that firmly, but still). "Wrongly" placed in Hufflepuff, he now is an active anti-hatter, and maybe your character has the same idea. Looking for another firstie who is genuinely upset about their house. Bonus point if you genuinely wished to be a Hufflepuff! Not necessarily a bonding, but I would love a hilarious thread where they might plot together. Please note that this is entirely IC <33.

A first year Duelling Captain who barely knows how to cast a proper Flipendo? Oh dear. Maybe you are a junior Captain with similar experience, or maybe you are a tenured Duellist who knows the system really well. Anyway, you might feel generous enough to teach Philip a few tricks to duel and manage his team!

Philip barely tells others about his veela heritage, mostly because he does not see it as something worth mentioning. However, if you do ask, he will likely admit. But you've got to have proof for this - such as overhearing him speaking the veela language (you have to be very sure of it). He is absolutely horrified because his family told him not to intentionally show off this additional skill, though he does not understand why. Especially hoping for mild negative reactions, so that Philip decides to be more careful afterwards but is not too discouraged either. *Can also be a summer camp thread. Will be a bit picky.

As for now, I hope to write some pre-hogwarts and summer camp threads (more ideas to come as the official itinerary is announced!), but if you aren't attending summer camp/you are good with our characters not meeting each other at camp, I would also be happy to forward date to September onwards (hence the Hogwarts thread reqs). My word count is generally 450-950, and I am somewhat a slow writer. I prefer to write either meaningful/character-oriented or silly and hilarious threads. Your RPG storyline idea : Your Character and Castra butt heads for some reason. It would be like an annoying sibling type of thing. It would become a regular part of their lives, and when your character graduates, there wouldn't be a sigh of relief, but rather a uncomfortably empty air because our characters haven't ever gotten along they formed a sort of weird bond.

I'd like our two characters to start out as enemies for their own reasons.
They hate each other during their first year, they challenge each other, make snide remarks, and insult each other (not too violently).
It starts as enemies, and then they realize they have feelings for each other!

They could be enemies during their first year, discover their feelings in their second year and start flirting, and then become a couple in their third year. This is just a suggestion; you can have other ideas.
