Hello all, this is a post for your orientation on where your groups stand or how many people are missing somewhere!

• Department of Mysteries
  — 7 Groups in total
  — 6 out of 7 Groups are full
  — 2 out of 6 full Groups were self formed, the other 4 were formed by the planning committee (done by just putting together those who sign up, in chronicle order)
  — Group 7 currently only has 1 occupant and is therefore missing 9 others
• Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures
  — 5 Groups in total
  — 3 out of 5 Groups are full
  — 1 out of 3 full Groups signed up together, 2 were formed by the planning committee (done by just putting together those who sign up, in chronicle order)
  — Group 4 currently has 6 occupants and is therefore missing 4 others (they signed up together and the wish for older Students was expressed, therefore group 4 and 5 weren’t merged)
  — Group 5 currently has 4 occupants and is therefore missing 6 others
• Department of Magical Law Enforcement
  — 2 Groups in total
  — 1 out of 2 Groups is full
  — 1 Group signed up together, the other Group is being formed by the planning committee (done by just putting together those who sign up, in chronicle order)
  — Group 1 currently has 7 occupants and is therefore missing 3 others
• Department of International Magical Cooperation
  — 2 Groups in total
  — 0 out of 2 Groups are full
  — Group 1 currently has 9 occupants and is therefore missing 1 other
  — Group 2 signed up together and currently has 2 Occupants. Therefore they are missing 8 others.
