It was quite surprising how well the other team had been doing, considering the difference in numbers. Though, apparently the dynamic of the red team was not entirely fit for the game they were all playing. River kept a firm grip on the rope and continued to give it a good tug, hoping to turn the tide for the team. She had been using some of her attention on keeping a conversation, but now, she switched to keep all her focus on holding on to the big shoelace. The redhead gave it a good pull, but before she could even register what had gone down, her whole body fell backwards and impacted the ground beneath her. Her arms had quickly let go of the rope to lighten the fall, and avoided slamming her head into the grass. To her relief, Adam had gotten out of range. She was impressed to see some of her teammates had actually managed to stay standing, props to them for having a sturdy stance.

Rivers blue-grey eyes quickly looked up to figure out what had just gone down, and the answer was not hard to find, as she saw Rafael and Anastasia had moved away from the lines and walked off. Groaning, the red-head pushed off the ground and brushed her hands off on her pants.

Blood had been shed. And while River never had any issues keeping her dhampir instincts under control, shutting out the knowledge that someone was bleeding was impossible. The sickly-pale quickly shook her head, hoping to rid some of the discomfort of keeping herself under control. She looked over at the two boys who’d apparently crashed into each other, «Jeez, you doing alright?», she asked the two of them with a slight strain to her voice.

Her attention was quickly captured by something heading across the ground with some speedy steps. Her mind could not wrap around how this much drama could come out of a game of tug of war, but somehow it had. She watched as Rafael headed straight for the red-haired boy, apparently in an attempt to tackle him down. «Damn, this game escalated quickly... do we do something?», she said looking over at Adam and Cassandra, watching the action unfold in front of her, unsure of whether or what to.

It seems Rafa had enough of Zyk jab, for the next round after so many bickering and taunting from the red hair boy, the Gryffindor Qudditch Captain had enough. He decided to let go of the rope. Ivy Bellamy's doppelgangger Anastasia Beckett, followed the tall boy and when she sat beside the Gryffindor boy, she bapped the boy. Cassie wanted to laugh with how Rafa reacted to that.

But their mind still in the game. So for the next round, it left Maria and Zyk to defend their team which is unfair when the Blue team still consist four people. The four of the member of the Blue team tugged the rope harder then it should be, then catastrophe happened. Sure their team won but what come next nobody seen it.

Head clashing with head. The crunching sound make Cassie winced. Both of the team member fell down. Call it lucky or sturdy stance, the young Serpent manage to stay stand up alone. Then Zyk put pressure onto his brow. When he retract his hand. The red head boy hand soaked with red. It looked like he cut his eyebrow from the clashing.

Adam after saw what happened, decide to help to get help for Zyk. River also said her concern about accident. Slowly both of the team gain their composure. Either they still remained seated or attempt to get up. Then Cassie heard like a war cry coming from the boy that formerly sat on the grass next to Ana.

Rafa comes charging Zyk fast like he wants to bodily harm the smaller boy. "Damn, this game escalated quickly... do we do something?"The red head Ravenclaw Prefect pipped out. She addressing for her house mate and the green eye girl. "Nah.. let us watch how this will panned out. I mean I do not want to get in the middle of their quabble, do you? Let them finished whatever it is between the both of them"Cassie replied to what River asks.

Who know from a simple game like Tug 'o War can end up with bloodshed and create some drama.

How could Rafa be that dense? He was acting like a baby, and ruining Alan's game. Ana supposed that her running off also contributed to the game being ruined, but that was neither here nor there. There had been some noises when she had let go, but she was so focused on Rafa and yelling at him that she hadn't paid much attention to that. Glancing over her shoulder, she noted that pretty much everyone was on the ground. Oops...

When Rafa asked what that was for, Ana seriously considered smacking him again. Was her best friend a complete and utter idiot? "What do you think that was for?" she snapped. Honestly, she had told him that he was acting like a baby, which she felt was explanation enough for smacking him. "My problem is you. What the hell are you doing? How the fuck do you expect me to be helpful in that area when you're destroying my efforts and acting like a bloody stupid three year old?" She tilted her head in Alan's direction when she said the word "area". Given the mood that Rafa was in, he would likely choose to be obtuse and not understand what she meant, but if she was any clearer, there was a risk of others overhearing, and she doubted Rafa would enjoy that much.

She was about to continue chastising her friend for his extreme lack of game and for destroying her matchmaking efforts when his nostrils flared and his face turned bright red. Glancing over her shoulder, she saw the boy who had been taunting Rafa sitting right close to Alan. It took her a split after she glanced back at her friend, but that second was too long. Rafa decided that the best way to fix this was tackle the boy. "Shit, no, stop that, Rafa!" she said, pulling out her wand as her friend launched himself through the air. "Flipendo!" she said, flicking her wand at the boy near Alan. Her plan was to move him out of the way of Rafa's rage path, but it occurred to her right after that a Flipendo might hurt a bit more than being tackled. Whelp, sucks to be Zyk right now. Anyway, she would far rather Alan see her attacking the boy than Rafa, seeing as she wasn't trying to set herself and Alan up.

Alan would roll his eyes at the reply offered by @Zykeal Lane however he must be doing more or less fine if he was able to joke around like this, so Alan nodded slightly in response only to groan at the pain that shot through his forehead temporarily making his line of sight quite blurry. He really should not be moving for now, yet there he was standing and being more concerned about another persons well-being rather than focusing on his own.

"Y-Yeah..." he would whisper in response to @Adam Harringtom's concern even though he was not quite so sure how much truth his answer to the question held. But how was he supposed to know? He could just get it checked by the nurse if it got too bad, after all he was quite sure that it would go away after a little bit of rest.

It was then when he would hear a shout from @Rafael D'Spacito that would make his ears ring and pain explode within his skull and yet he had no idea for what was about to take place, when with very much success [Nat 20] Rafael would master an attempt to grapple @Zykeal Lane, sending the latter to the ground as the back of his head would hit the ground [dealing -180HP].

As if that was not enough, in an attempt to "protect" Zykeal @Anastasia Beckett would get ready to cast the Knockback Jinx and succeed with little issues [27] as she would aim towards the target @Zykeal Lane and hit him [9Acc vs 4Ev] which resulted in him being knocked away once more as the spell painfully hit into his side [-170HP]. The only thing good for Zykeal about all of this? Since he was knocked away @Rafael D'Spacito no longer had him in his grasp but it was doubtful that Zykeal would be still in a joking mood after this.

Alan would have done something, told them to stop, if he was not busy clutching his forehead in pain. It was unlikely that he was even aware of what was happening around him at this very moment.
