❦ Brief Backstory ❦

He grew up on a farm. His mother had given birth to three wizards. His brothers had hears stories from his mother and then they had eventually passed them onto him. He had daily chores to do around the farm all the time. His brothers Onyx and Micheal rarely helped out and always put it on him for no reason. One day Michael came out as Mirabel. Thomas was accepting as he was young and had no idea what that really meant. It changed his perspective on people. He was then kind to everyone he met because he knew that people could really be going through something and never to judge. His mom passed away when he was seven years old. She died from complications from a potion. It exploded in her face. He knew one thing he was going to change this world. He wanted to fix the stigma with half bloods and muggle borns. He could never understand how people could have a problem with someone before they even really knew them. When he was seven and his brother and sister explained that to him he actually started crying. He stopped though once they told him not everyone thinks that. They always promised to bring him back sweets from Honeydukes but never did, which honestly made him quite frustrated. His mother met her father at a young age as she was born from a half blood as well who chose not to tell Thomas mother the truth. So she grew up in the muggle lifestyle and met his father and they were best friends and even after she knew she was magical. She came back just for him because that’s how much she loved him. She still kept her wizard side just privately.

Thomas is a kind and energetic young kid who always seems to be getting himself into interesting situations everyday. He always puts himself in other peoples shoes which is why he is so empathetic to others. His sister describes him as an empath.

He usually tries to give people the impression that he has everything under control despite him not being under control at all. He makes sure people know he won't judge them even if they were to judge him.

He is outgoing and talkative but he also knows when to keep his mouth shut. He is also very curious all the time but doesn't quite know when to stop asking "Why?". He can be reserved when meeting new people occasionally because he isn't quick to trust.

Thomas usually isn't sad unless something major has happened. However, when he is feeling this way he tends to act quiet and not talkative at all. He can also made side comments that aren't the nicest if he isn't thinking.

When Angry


Thomas does not think clearly when he is angry especially is someone is insulting him or his friends, if that is the situation he can be extremely impulsive.

When Afraid


When Thomas is afraid, he often shuts down first but that doesn't last long. That is additionally a reason why Thomas doesn't think he deserves to be a Gryffindor. After he shuts down for a bit he will gather his courage and face the task at hand.

When he is embarrassed his ears turn bright red along with his cheeks. Usually, his lip will quiver as well and he will start stuttering.
