Reason for Reapplication: Backstory change. Adding Akira Shimizu as Akane's second cousin. Akane's paternal grandfather is brothers with Akira Shimizu's paternal grandfather. The two families are based in different parts of Japan (Nara/Kyoto) due to their own specialties, Akane's side centralizing on craftsmanship and Akira's on business and commerce. Wizard transport technology makes the relationship easy to maintain despite the location gap.

Reason for Reapplication: Following graduation, Phyllis has moved out of her mother's house and to an apartment in Toronto, ON, Canada. Not that close to her new job in Haileybury, but perfectly doable via Floo or even train, and she much preferred to live in a big city. (Residence Change: Toronto, Canada)
Additionally, eager to leave behind the formality of high society that she's long despised, she is only ever introducing herself as Phyllis. Never Phylicia. Getting it changed for official paperwork sounds like far too much work, and it isn't that big of a deal, but you won't hear all four syllables from her. (Name Change: Phyllis Stanwood*)
*OOC note: Given this post, I believe this is a valid change. I only ask because I think I've caused some confusion for people by exclusively referring to her as Phyllis but having the account under Phylicia, and I would like to avoid that going forward if possible!
