I know we didn't interact much but I just wanted to say that I am so sad you are leaving. Your contributions to this community whether it be in banners, code, you AMAZING pinterest board, and your character ideas are so great. Your passion and care for this community is so evident and that message was so hard to read that I started tearing up. I never thought I would see you go but you will be missed.

I'm really sad to see this gen AI stuff tearing this community apart and causing so many people to leave but either way I support your decision and wish you all the best moving forward in the future. Take care!

my sweet sweet friend, my Lena pie. I see I'm a few hours late but it has to be said—I love you more than words can express. I could (and will) list your accomplishments for days on end: your beautiful banners, your incredible prose, your innovative coding, the shop that has quickly become the most popular on hio, the numerous things you've achieved as a staff member, the life you breathe so effortlessly into all of your characters. But those are really only the beginning, they only scratch the surface of what a kind, creative, passionate, funny, utterly extraordinary person you are. you're one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met, and being able to call you my friend is truly an honour and a privilege. I hope I never lose it.

It breaks my heart that things have come to such an end over something so avoidable, I know that your presence on site will be missed by all and felt for a long time. that being said, I'm so proud of you for putting yourself first and choosing what's right for you. may your next creative endeavours and efforts be spent somewhere that doesn't drain you. It is hard to believe that we only really started seriously talking 3? weeks ago. It feels as though it has been a long time. It is even harder to believe that you are leaving — that you have already left. This is something that I never could have imagined, even just a week ago. You will be missed very, very dearly and your absence can already be felt.

I honestly don't really know what to say, for words cannot express the devastation within me right now. Even though we've never threaded, and though the projects and games that we have planned can no longer come to fruition, I have gotten to know you as an extremely passionate individual, and I adore absolutely everything about you. Your enthusiasm, your dedication, your passion, your amazing brain, and above all, your creativity. Not just in strategy and Quidditch, but in everything that you do. You pour so much love and passion into whatever project you have gotten yourself into. Your banners and codes are some of the most stunning masterpieces I have ever seen, and you are always forging creative novelties in everything that you interact with.

Beyond that, I adore your kindness; you are such a gem. Thank you so much for everything — for your time and the conversations. You are amazing, keep shining.

I think I've said most of what needs to be said in DMs, and I do come here a bit late. But I also want to share something I'm sure most people already know. Elena, you are an incredibly talented individual – be that writing, be that art, be that mechanics, be that people skills – and it certainly hurts to see you go. I know it is best for you, and it is your mental health that matters, but I will miss the light you bright to the site with your infectious enthusiasm, kindness and joy. You've been an inspiration to many (including me), and I think that will continue to hold true for months and perhaps even years to come. You've changed this site and the people in it, and I hope you know that.
