I am planning to deactivate both my iNPC and PC. But my only problem with it is that their stories will be incomplete. I was wondering if it’s allowed for me to write that they get in a car accident or smt. And afterwards I could just finish up any current rps before the accident and then deactivate

Most people will just a fandom but you can finish of however killing them of is not the best idea in case you suddenly decide to deactivate them

If you choose not to ever reactivate, then yes I would say that you could say something like a car accident killed them or whatever you’d like.

Technically, yes.

Though depending on how it is written, it may not get approved (if your character doesn't know the skill until November, but you use it this summer in duelling, that's confusing). I'm not quite understanding the connection between spell knowledge and evasive maneuvers, but if you want to owl/dm me about the details, I'd be happy to help!
